The reason for stating that actions such as reciting before the time limit has passed will definitely be accomplished is for this purpose. "Holding" refers to holding the words of the scripture. "Reciting" refers to making a mandala, preceding it with five offerings, and reciting the scripture of the "Namasamgiti". The so-called "perfectly receiving in the three times" means that it should be applied to everything. "Making everything understood" is for holding the scripture and its meaning. "Properly attending to" refers to meditating on the suchness of the meaning of how to receive it. The so-called "also showing the vows to others as they are" refers to taking refuge in the Three Jewels, generating the mind of enlightenment, entering the mandala and having vows, truly showing them to others, and abiding in meditation, meditating on the suchness and non-duality of the nature of the body of the Bhagavan Manjushri's wisdom body, and having faith and suchness attention, which is for beginners. Because of seeing suchness and having suchness attention, being free from the discrimination of the characteristics of good and non-good, therefore abiding by abiding in the place of all doors. Because of truly understanding all dharmas, having wisdom that is free from the defilement of attachment, and having true faith, thereby performing actions such as truly grasping, for this person, all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will gather, that is, truly assemble, and go, that is, come well, thereby truly showing all the doors of the Dharma. Thus showing the differences of various methods, and through various methods to realize the suchness of the Dharma, thereby truly showing one's own body. In order to perfect the accumulation of merit, all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will bless and embrace, and in order to prevent afflictions and demons from finding an opportunity, thereby making body, speech, and mind firm. In order to show all the grounds and perfections, all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will benefit.

It also benefits by establishing. In order to dispel the fear of teaching all dharmas as emptiness, and in order to show the meaning of emptiness of all dharmas without doubt to other beings, it also accomplishes the unobstructed eloquence of fearlessness towards all dharmas. Sravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and all Arhats, etc., also show their own nature with the thought of being attached to the holy Dharma, just as the Blessed One Shakyamuni becomes the teacher of all Sravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, so will this also become the teacher. The great wrathful kings who subdue the untamed, etc., who have become the protectors of all sentient beings, also show various forms with emanations, causing the body to shine, that is, to make it radiant. Only with radiance is there strength, so it is not overcome by demons, etc. Radiance is the meaning of extremely surpassing power, so it can overcome everything. The so-called entering into body, speech, and mind means that everything should be observed. The so-called accomplishing all mantras, mudras, realizations, and mandalas means that in order to accomplish all mandalas with mantras, mudras, and vows, and for the benefit of all sentient beings, one should unhesitatingly turn the wheel of mantras such as entering the mandala, in order to truly reveal it. The so-called mothers of all mantras and vidyas is the transcendent, such as Buddhalochana, etc., who protect, save, and conceal in all activities. All obstacles refer to those who create obstacles in various ways. Wrong guidance refers to hair knots, etc. The so-called enemy and repeller of demons refers to the white umbrella of the crown, etc. The so-called great invincible one refers to the invincible wrathful deity, etc., and the transcendent deities, all of whom protect, save, and conceal in every moment of day and night.
