Having placed the disciple who is suitable for empowerment, all the suchness of the mandala and the deities, and all the activities of the master should be taught. By just this much, one will be empowered by the secret empowerment. Alternatively, completely removing about two cubits from the root mandala, face the entrance to the four-cubit mandala, which is half the size of the central mandala. In the mandala with the door facing west, draw with five colors, and in its center, draw an eight-petaled lotus. On top of that, draw a blazing five-pronged vajra well, and like the root mandala, offer to that mandala, covering the elephant seat with a moon mandala and silk. Recite the Vajra Yaksha completely and place it in its center. Similarly, bless the one who is suitable for empowerment. Place him on the seat in a posture with his left leg extended, like the Great Lord. Above the elephant, hang banners, and on the right side, hang a vajra reciting the Vajra Hum syllable, bouquets of flowers, and pendants, and decorate with a parasol with a jewel top. On the left side, place various clothes reciting the Om syllable, and erect various victory banners and flags. Offer the offerings and drinks, and make offerings properly with flowers and so on. Bless with the mudras of musical instruments such as conch shells, large drums, long drums, and copper horns. Outside, make offerings properly with dances, songs, and music and so on. Accept the best of offerings, and praise with auspicious verses and the praise of one hundred and eight names. First, with a full vase. Then, with the vase that recites the mantras of Vajra Hook and so on. After that, take water from the victorious vase with the Vajra Fist, empower with it, and also have it drunk.
