The intervening part called Bhishincha is the empowerment of the victorious vase. The remaining application is as previously explained. Then give the empowerment of the seal, the crown, the silk drapery, the vajra and the master, and the name. Also give the suchness, the Dharma, and the samaya, and then properly offer flowers and seductive things, etc. Take a precious eye probe or a golden probe, etc., and sit in front and clearly speak these words: Just as the king of eye-makers removes cataracts from the world, may the victorious ones remove the dimness of what you, son, do not know. The essence of this is: Om Vajra Netra Apa Hara Patalam Hrih Then, take a mirror and show the characteristics of the Dharma. All dharmas are like reflections, pure, clear, and without turbidity. They are ungraspable and inexpressible, arising entirely from causes and actions. Without inherent existence or location, having known this Dharma in this way, strive for the incomparable benefit of sentient beings. However, one is born as a son of the Buddha. Then, let the Dharma bell that arises from A be rung. All dharmas are of the nature of space, and space itself has no characteristics. By uniting with space, all supreme equality is revealed. Then, please all the Tathagatas. Saying "Shik," give a bow and have four arrows shot in the four directions, one above and one below. "Ho" is the essence of bestowing dominion. Again, take a mirror and say this: Vajrasattva is like a mirror, pure, clear, and without turbidity. The self, the master of all Buddhas, has entered your heart, son. Also say this: Know that this is the mind of enlightenment, the master of all the Tathagatas. The mantra of the mirror is Om Vajrasattva Then, place the wheel of Dharma between the two feet and give a conch shell in the right hand, saying this: From today onwards, generating the mind, turn the wheel of Dharma. From this day forward, in the world, the saviors turn the wheel. Of the Dharma

Its conch is unsurpassed, may it fill all places completely. Do not be hesitant or doubtful, with a mind free of doubt, proclaim the supreme way of practicing secret mantras widely in this world. By doing so, it is said that you are benefiting and showing gratitude to the Buddha. All Vajra-holders will always protect you. Thus, the Vajra wheel and the letters of the Vajra speech dharma should be given. Furthermore, for the benefit of all worlds and all beings, how to tame various beings, the excellent Dharma wheel should be turned. Similarly, the wheels of Vajra, Padma, and Jewel should be turned, and the subsequent permission should be granted with five verses. Then, by praising everything, one should always meditate on oneself as the Buddha. By bestowing the Vajra name empowerment, it is indeed the prophecy of the Tathagata. Om, this is my prophecy to you, Vajrasattva Tathagata, for the sake of existence being completely accomplished, liberate from the evil destinies of existence. Hey, Tathagata named Vajra so-and-so. (Tibetan: སིདྡྷི་ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ་བྷུར་བྷུ་བ་སྭཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: सिद्धि समय स्त्वं भुर भुब स्वः, Sanskrit Romanization: siddhi samaya stvaṃ bhur bhuva svaḥ, Chinese literal meaning: accomplishment, vow, you, existence, fill, existence, complete). The praise for that is: clench the two fists of the Tathagata, the left hand holds the Dharma garment, and the right hand makes the gesture of supreme giving. Then, let the disciples relax, and the secret wisdom should be taught to all. Like being free from desire, there is no sin in the three realms, therefore, be free from desire for desire, you should never do it. (Tibetan: མཧཱ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཧ་ན་ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: महासमय हन फट, Sanskrit Romanization: mahāsamaya hana phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: great vow strike destroy). Then, bless the mantra and teach the wisdom of the four mudras of one's own deity. This ritual should be spoken as follows: You should not show even one mudra to anyone who is not proficient in mudras. Why is that? Because, if those sentient beings have not seen the mandala, even if they practice the Bodhisattva mudras, they will not be able to obtain the accomplishments as they are, and then, because they eat hesitant food and have not abandoned defilements, they will quickly die and fall into the great hell of torment. Therefore, you will also fall into the lower realms.
