If the supreme of wisdom, the excellent one, is not accomplished, and if the practitioner who is to accomplish the near-heart mantra called Anuragayamihum (Tibetan: ཨ་ནུ་ར་ག་ཡ་མི་ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अनुरगयमिहुं, Sanskrit Romanization: anuragayamihum, Literal Chinese meaning: Lover, go, Hum), if the practitioner does not achieve accomplishment, then the practitioner enters this secret mandala, and even without the near-heart mantra, it will be accomplished. In the glorious first root tantra, it says: Thus, it is quickly accomplished. And so on. The manner of practice as described in the glorious first root tantra, as it is said, the practice described in the root tantra, is not quickly accomplished. Just as the practitioner of the secret mandala of the glorious Vajrasattva residing in the center of the four goddesses in the first temple, how it is accomplished, the glorious first root tantra is not accomplished in this way. By practicing all mandalas, not everything is accomplished. And so on, all mandalas except the secret mandala, with other rituals of accomplishment, such as the great mudra, etc., are not accomplished in this way, just as the supreme secret mandala's excellent palace is accomplished by merely seeing it. For those who have not entered the mandala, showing the mudra of the vajra and bell, and abandoning the cause of breaking vows, which is the nature of despising the teacher, etc., is breaking the vow. Therefore, reviling the obscurations of afflictions, etc., is being reviled by all obscurations. The so-called being touched by demons and other spirits, whatever the eighteen kinds of spirits mentioned in the supreme wisdom, if one enters the secret mandala and practices, one will surely be liberated. The eternal without beginning or end. Not entering the mandala, etc., those who have not practiced other mandalas, or those who have not accomplished the mandala, enter the secret mandala, and if they practice, they will quickly attain accomplishment. What is the reason for that? Because there is nothing here that is not to be practiced. And so on, because in this secret mandala, there is nothing that is not to be practiced, such as the great mudra, etc.
