The mudra is, rotating the vajra palms and placing them on the crown of the head, and then joining the palms together with the palms hollowed out. One should say these words: "Whatever realms of this world, or any of the ten directions' realms, whatever wish-fulfilling trees or cloth trees there are, all of them are like this: for the purpose of performing the act of offering to all the Tathagatas without remainder or omission. In all the realms of the ten directions, all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas dwelling with the five families, and all the differences of the deities of essence, mudra, mantra, and vidya-mantra, I offer them all. Om, Sarva Tathagata Anuttara Bodhi Alamkara Vastrapuja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum." Then, recalling the suffering of all sentient beings in samsara, and holding the karma mudra of the Bhagavan Vajrasattva, with the power of great compassion, for the sake of liberating all sentient beings, generating the mind of enlightenment, for the sake of liberating those who have not been liberated, for the sake of freeing those who have not been freed, for the sake of giving breath to those who have not breathed, for the sake of completely liberating those who have not completely passed beyond sorrow, and for the sake of completely liberating the entire realm of sentient beings from the ocean of samsara, I generate the mind of enlightenment.
