་ཉམས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་ཁྲོ་བོའི་ལྟ་བ་བསྐྱེད་པར་བྱའོ། །རི་རབ་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལ་རི་རབ་ནི་རིའི་རྒྱལ་པོའོ། །རི་ཡང་དེ་དག་གོ །བྲག་ནི་རྡོ་རྗེའོ། །དེ་དང་འདྲ་བར་བརྟན་པ་ནི་མི་ཕྱེད་པའོ། །འཛུམ་པ་མེད་པ་ནི་མི་གཡོ་བ་སྟེ། རྫི་མ་དང་མིག་མི་འགྱུར་བའི་ལྟ་བའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ནི། རི་རབ་རིའི་བྲག་ཅ་འདྲ་བར་བརྟན་པས་འཛུམ་པ་མེད་པའི་མིག་བྱམས་པའི་ལྟ་བ་ཡིན་པར་བཤད་ཅེས་བྱ་སྟེ། དྲྀ་དྷ་ཏྲྀ་ཏ་ཥཊ་ཏ་ཞེས་བྱ་བས་མིག་གཉིས་སུ་བཀོད་ལ། བརྟན་པའི་ལྟ་བ་བསྐྱེད་ནས། དེའི་འོག་ཏུ་བསྲུང་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ལས་འཇུག་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལ་གང་གི་ཚེ་ལྟ་བའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ལས་བྱེད་པ་དེའི་ཚེ། རང་གི་ལྷའི་སྦྱོར་བས་ལྟ་བའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་འདི་དག་ཟླ་བ་གཅིག་ཙམ་གྱི་བར་དུ་གོམས་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལ་རེ་ཞིག་ཡི་གེ་མ་ལས་ཉི་མའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཊ་ཨ་མེད་པ་ལས་མིག་གཡོན་པ་ཟླ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར། །ཡི་གེ་ཧཱུཾ་ལས་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྩེ་ལྔ་པ་དཀར་པོ་མིག་གཉིས་ཀྱི་མིག་གི་འབྲས་བུར་བསམས་ལ་བཛྲ་དྲྀ་ཥྚི་མ་ཊ་ཞེས་བྱ་བས་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་ལ། ཇི་སྐད་དུ་གསུངས་པའི་མཚན་ཉིད་ཅན་གྱི་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྟ་བ། བཛྲ་དྲྀ་ཥྚི་མ་ཊ་ཞེས་ཟློས་ཤིང་བསྒོམས་ལ། ཟླ་བ་ཚང་བའི་མཐར་ནི་མཚན་ཐོག་ཐག་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་དབང་དུ་བྱས་ལ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྟ་བ་དང་བཅས་པའི་འོད་ཟེར་རྣམས་སྤྲོ་བར་བྱའོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་རང་གི་ལྷའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་བྱ་སླ་ཡི་གེ་ཛཿ་ལས་མིག་གཡས་དང་གཡོན་དུ་ཉི་མ་དང་ཟླ་བ་བསྐྱེད་ལ། དཱི་པ་ཏ་དྲྀ་ཥྚི་ཨཾ་གུ་ཤ་ཛཿ་ཞེས་བྱ་བས་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་ཏེ། རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྕགས་ཀྱུ་ལྟ་བུའི་འོད་ཟེར་རྣམས་སྤྲོ་བ་དང༌། དཱི་པྟ་དྲྀ་ཥྚི་ཨ་གུ་ཤ་ཛཿ་ཞེས་ཟློས་ཤིང་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་ཟླ་བའི་མཐར་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་བསྒྲུབས་པས་ཇི་སྐད་དུ་བཤད་པའི་མཚན་ཉིད་ཅན་གྱི་འབར་བའི་ལྟ་བའི་ལྕགས་གྱུ་ལྟ་བུའི་འོད་ཟེར་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱ་བ་དགུག་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་རང་གི་ལྟའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་བྱས་ལ། ཡི་གེ་ཡི་ཞེས་བྱ་བས་མིག་གཉིས་སུ་རྡོར་ཇེ་ཉི་མ་བསམ། ཡི་གེ་ཧཱུཾ་ཐུང་དུ་ལས་མིག་འབྲས་ཁྲོ་བོའི་རྡོ་རྗེར་བསམས་ལ་གྲོ་དྷ་དྲྀ་ཥྚི་ཧྲི་ཞེས་བྱ་བས་བྱིན་ གྱིས་བརླབས་ནས། ཇི་སྐད་བཤད་པའི་མཚན་ཡིད་ཅན་གྱི་ཁྲོ་བོའི་ལྟ་བ་དང༌། ཀྲོ་དྷ་དྲྀ་ཥྚྀ་ཧྲི་ཞེས་ཟློས་ཤིང་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་རབ་ཏུ་བསྒྲུབས་ལ། རང་གི་མིག་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་ཁྲོ་བོའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱ་བ་ཐལ་

All postures should generate wrathful gazes. As for what is called Mount Meru, Mount Meru is the king of mountains. The mountains also refer to those. The rock is the vajra. Being as firm as it is, is indivisible. Being without a smile is unwavering. The hand seal of the gaze that does not change the eyelids and eyes is said to be the loving gaze of eyes without a smile because it is as firm as the rock of Mount Meru. By placing "Dri Dha Tri Ta Shat Ta (藏文：དྲྀ་དྷ་ཏྲྀ་ཏ་ཥཊ་ཏ་)" in both eyes, and generating a firm gaze, then engage in activities such as protection. When the gaze hand seals are acting, make these gaze hand seals familiar for about a month through the yoga of one's own deity. Among them, first generate the solar mandala from the letter "Ma," and generate the lunar mandala in the left eye from where "Ta A" is absent. From the letter "Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)" generate a white five-pronged vajra, visualize it on the pupils of both eyes, bless it with "Vajra Dṛṣṭi Ma Ṭa (藏文：བཛྲ་དྲྀ་ཥྚི་མ་ཊ་)," and recite and meditate on the Vajra gaze with the characteristics as stated, "Vajra Dṛṣṭi Ma Ṭa (藏文：བཛྲ་དྲྀ་ཥྚི་མ་ཊ་)." At the end of the full moon, perform the naming. Then control it and emit rays with the Vajra gaze. Similarly, doing the yoga of one's own deity is easy. From the letter "Jaḥ (藏文：ཛཿ)" generate the sun and moon in the right and left eyes, bless them with "Dīpa Ta Dṛṣṭi Aṃ Gu Sha Jaḥ (藏文：དཱི་པ་ཏ་དྲྀ་ཥྚི་ཨཾ་གུ་ཤ་ཛཿ)," emit rays like vajra hooks, and recite and meditate on "Dīpta Dṛṣṭi A Gu Sha Jaḥ (藏文：དཱི་པྟ་དྲྀ་ཥྚི་ཨ་གུ་ཤ་ཛཿ)." Then, at the end of the month, practice in the same way, and with the burning gaze hook-like rays with the characteristics as stated, hook the things to be accomplished. Similarly, do the yoga of one's own deity, and with the letter "Yi (藏文：ཡི་)" visualize both eyes as vajra suns, and from the short vowel letter "Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)" visualize the pupils as wrathful vajras, and bless them with "Gro Dha Dṛṣṭi Hri (藏文：གྲོ་དྷ་དྲྀ་ཥྚི་ཧྲི་)"
