It is said that "do not seek what" is to eliminate the search for opportunities, so it is said "again." Previously, the great deity had been subdued, and now the great deity and others are to be subdued again. Its meaning is: the great deity born from the maturation of karma, as stated in the Sutra of That Which is Wholly Gathered, has been subdued before. Here it is said that other great deities born from the maturation of karma are to be subdued again. Although this contradicts the view of the non-Buddhists who believe that the great deity is permanent, since all conditioned phenomena are impermanent, there is no fault in the great deity being impermanent. "Fierce sentient beings" refers to those who possess three faults: despising others due to arrogance, not pursuing the truth of the noble ones due to different views, and being naturally fierce, fond of fighting with others, and unsubmissive. The "fierce" that appears below should also be understood in this way. "Grant the holding of vows" means to introduce them into the mandala and have them promise to uphold the vows of the mantra. "King of Dharma" means having dominion over all dharmas, because praising the meaning of the selflessness of phenomena, and showing it in various ways. "Yaksa, you are very arrogant," etc. Yaksa means one who exhausts all afflictions, hence the name Yaksa. Because the realm of Yaksas is the master of all great power Yaksas, Vajrapani is also called Yaksa. Arrogance is protection. Very rough is fierce. How can you benefit sentient beings if you are so rough and unsubmissive? Therefore, it is said that "Bhagavan" is because of the meaning of being very arrogant, etc. "Those who have the pleasure of desire" refers to sentient beings who possess the five desires, meaning to subdue them with the activities of subduing, pacifying, and increasing. Subduing with secrets, etc., so-called "killing" refers to transforming the nature. It does not refer to killing, but to eliminating the previous fierce nature and transforming it into the later peaceful nature. For the sake of meaning, for the sake of benefit, and for the sake of happiness, it refers to the meaning and happiness of this life, for the benefit of the next life, and for the order of Nirvana.
