་པས་སྟོན་ཏོ། །བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་རྟོགས་པའི་ཁུ་ཚུར་ཡིན་པས་ན་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཁུ་ཚུར་རོ། །དེ་བཅིངས་པས་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཏེ། དེ་སྔགས་པ་དེ་ལ་འཇུག་པར་འགྱུར་བ་སྟ་རིམ་གྱིས་འཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མི་བསྐྱོད་པའི་ལས་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཡིན་པས་ན་མི་གཡོ་བའི་སྟེ། དེ་བཅིངས་པས་ནི། ཡིད་ནི་གཡོ་བ་མེད་པར་འགྱུར། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་སྟེ། བགེགས་དང་ལོག་འདྲེན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་སྔགས་པའི་ཡིད་མི་གཡོ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །རིན་ཆེན་འབྱུང་བའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཡིས། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དད་པ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་རྣམས་འདི་ལས་བྱུང་བས་ན་རིན་ཆེན་འབྱུང་བ་སྟེ། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་རིན་ཆེན་འབྱུང་ལྡན་ནོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེའི་ལས་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱན་ནི་རིན་ཆེན་འབྱུང་ལྡན་གྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་སྟེ། དེ་བཅིངས་ན། གཞན་ལ་ཕན་བྱེད་ལྡན་པར་འགྱུར། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་སྟེ། གཞན་རྣམས་རྗེས་སུ་འཛིན་པར་ནུས་པས་ན་གཞན་ལ་ཕན་པར་བྱེད་པ་སྟེ། གཞན་གྱི་དོན་བྱེད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །དེ་ཡོད་པས་ན་གཞན་ལ་ཕན་བྱེད་ལྡན་ཏེ་དེར་འགྱུར་བའོ། །དམ་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་ཡིན་པས་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ཏེ། དེ་གདུལ་བྱ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུད་ལ་འཇུག་པར་བྱེད་པའི་དོན་གྱིས་ན་འཁོར་ལོ་ཞེས་བཤད་དོ། །ཕྱག་རྒྱ་དེ་བཅིངས་ན། ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར་བར་འགྱུར། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་སྟེ། དམ་པའི་ཆོས་སྟོན་པས་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་ཕན་འདོགས་ནས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །མི་འཇིགས་པ་སྦྱིན་པའི་མཆོག་ཡིན་པས་ན་མི་འཇིགས་མཆོག་སྟེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གདོན་མི་ཟ་བར་གྲུབ་པའི་ ཕྱག་རྒྱའོ། །སྔགས་པས་དེ་བཅིངས་མྱུར་བར་ནི། །སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་ལ་མི་འཇིགས་སྦྱིན། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་སྟེ། མྱུར་དུ་འཇིགས་པ་སེལ་ནུས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་འགྱིང་བ་བརྟན་བྱས་པས། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ། རྡོ་རྗེ་འགྱིང་བ་ནི་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའི་ལས་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའོ། །དེ་བཅིངས་ན་སྔགས་པས་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་བདེ་བ་རྙེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྕགས་ཀྱུའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ནི་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྒྱལ་པོའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའོ། །སྐད་ཅིག་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་མྱུར་བ་ཉིད་དུ་ཁུགས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །སུ་ཞིག་ཅེ་ན། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཀུན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་གསུངས་ཏེ། སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་རྣམས་སོ། །འགུགས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སྤྱན་འདྲེན་པའོ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་མདའ་ཡིས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཆགས་པའི་ལས་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའོ། །དེའི་སྦྱོར་བས་ནི་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ལྷ་མོའང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་སྟེ། རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའི་དམ་ཚིག་གི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་སྟེ། དེ་ཡང་མཉེས་པར་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་བའོ། །བདག་ཉིད་བྱེད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སྔགས་པའོ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་དགའ་བ་ནི་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལེགས་པའི་ལས་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའོ། །དེ་སྔགས་པ་མཚན་ཉིད་དང་ལྡན་པར་བཅིངས་ན། རྒྱལ་བ་ཀུན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་སྟེ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་ལེགས་སོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཚིག་ཀྱང་སྦྱིན་པར་མཛད་དོ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་ནོར་བུ་ནི་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྡོ་རྗེ་རིན་ཆེན་གྱི་ལས་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའོ། །དེ་བཅིངས་ན་སྟོན་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་སྟེ། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་སོ། །དེ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སྔགས་པའོ། །དབང་བསྐུར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་བྱིན་པས་མཆོད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་ཉི་མ་ནི་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྡོ་རྗེ་གཟི་བརྗིད་ཀྱི་ལས་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའོ། །དེ་བཅིངས་ན་སྔགས་པ་དེ་ཉིད་དང་འདྲ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་རྒྱལ་མཚན་ནི་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རིན་ཆེན་དཔལ་གྱི་ལས་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའོ། །བསྒྲེང་བས་ཞེས་བྱ་བས་ནི་དེ་བཅིངས་པས་སོ། །དེ་ནི་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སྔགས་པའོ། །རིན་ཆེན་ཆར་ཡང་འབེབས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་མངོན་པར་འདོད་པའི་དོན་གྱི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྟེ། དེ་འབེབས་པར་བྱེད་དོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་འཛུམ་པ་ནི་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྡོ་རྗེ་བཞད་པའི་ལས་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའོ། ། བཅིངས་པས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བཅིངས་པ་བྱས་པའོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་འདྲ་བར་མྱུར་བཞད་འགྱུར། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཇི་ལྟར་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྣམས་འཛུམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་སྟོན་པར་མཛད་པས་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དོན་མཛད་པ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་སྔགས་པ་དེས་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་བཅིངས་པས་འཛུམ་པའི་རང་བཞིན་གྱིས་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དོན་བྱེད་དོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་མེ་ཏོག་ནི་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་འཇིག་རྟེན་དབང་ཕྱུག་གི་ལས་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའོ། །དེ་བཅིངས་པས་ནི། རྡོ་རྗེ་ཆོས་ནི་དེ་ཡིས་མཐོང༌། །ཞེས་པ་སྟེ། འཇིག་རྟེན་དབང་ཕྱུག་དེས་མཐོང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་རལ་གྲི་ནི་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་འཇམ་པའི་དབྱངས་ཀྱི་ལས་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའོ། །དེ་བཅིངས་ན། དེ་ནི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཐམས་ཅད་གཅོད། །ཅེས་བྱ་བ་སྟེ། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་འཁོར་བའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཐམས་ཅད་གཅོད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་

The Bhagavat is the activity mudra of Akshobhya, so it is immovable. By binding it, the mind will not waver. This means that all obstacles and heretics cannot waver the mind of the mantra practitioner, that is its meaning. By the Ratnasambhava mudra. It is called Ratnasambhava because the jewels of qualities such as faith arise from this. The Tathagata is Ratnasambhava. The activity mudra of the Bhagavat is the Ratnasambhava mudra. By binding it, one will have the ability to benefit others. This means that because one is able to guide others, one is benefiting others, that is, doing things for others. Because it exists, one has the ability to benefit others, and it will become that. Because it is the Dharma of the noble ones, it is the noble Dharma. It is called the wheel because it causes it to enter the minds of those to be tamed. By binding that mudra, the wheel of Dharma will be turned. This means that by teaching the noble Dharma, one will benefit sentient beings, and it will become that. Because it is the supreme of giving fearlessness, it is the supreme of fearlessness. The Bhagavat is the mudra that has achieved not being devoured by demons. By the mantra practitioner binding it, quickly, fearlessness is given to all sentient beings. This means that one will be able to quickly eliminate fear, that is its meaning. By making the vajra stand firm. The vajra standing firm is the activity mudra of the Bhagavat Vajrasattva. By binding it, the mantra practitioner will obtain that very bliss, that is its meaning. The vajra hook mudra is the mudra of the vajra king. The word "instant" means to be hooked quickly. Who is it? It is said to be all the Tathagatas, that is, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. "Summoning" means inviting.

Vajra Flower is the action hand seal of the Bhagavan World自在. By binding it, "Vajra Dharma is seen by him." That is, the meaning of the World自在 seeing it. Vajra Sword is the action hand seal of the Bhagavan Manjushri. If this is bound, "He cuts off all suffering."
