Oh! The term "Amitayus" (Tsepakme) means that 'measure' refers to a small amount. This is immeasurable, hence it is called 'limitless'. Because it possesses an immeasurable lifespan, it is called Amitayus. The 'supreme of samadhi' means placing two vajra fists on top of the lotus posture. The nails of the two little fingers are bent and joined back to back. Then both thumbs are pointed downwards, and their tips touch their respective index fingers, this is the mudra of Amitayus. 'Not eating ghosts, giving fearlessness' means placing the left vajra fist on top of the lotus posture, and extending the right vajra fist in a gesture of giving fearlessness. This is the mudra of accomplishment that does not eat ghosts. Having finished explaining the characteristics of the mudras of the Buddhas, wanting to explain the characteristics of the mudras of the Bodhisattvas, therefore it is said, 'Then the karma mudras,' and so on. 'In short' means to abbreviate. What is abbreviated? That is, Vajrasattva and other Bodhisattvas. What is it like? That is, doing the work of the vajra, which means showing entry into unobstructed activity. Being majestic, therefore it is majestic. The sound of 'majesty' refers to placing the left vajra fist to the side. 'Raising' means that the tip of the middle finger of the right vajra fist touches the central tip of the five-pronged vajra, and holding it upright in front of the chest is called 'raising'. If there is no vajra, it can also be visualized with the mind. This is the karma mudra of Vajrasattva. Place the right vajra fist directly in front of the heart at a distance of about eight fingers, and then place the left vajra fist in the same way in front of it, forming the posture of holding a hook. With the hook held in this way, one should contemplate that it draws in the object to be accomplished. The phrase 'in the manner of shooting an arrow' is easy to understand, and one should contemplate that the arrow also strikes the heart of the object to be accomplished. Place the two vajra fists at the heart and shake the two damaru drums. At the place of empowerment, place the two vajra fists, and one should also contemplate placing jewels. Two vajra fists
