In the phrase "accomplishing the wisdom of all Tathagatas," all Tathagatas are the Bodhisattvas manifested in the mandala, the wisdom belonging to the Bhagavan Vairochana who generates them. Accomplishing means that by urging, the form of the mudra is accomplished from the essence of each, thereby accomplishing wisdom. The wisdom of all Tathagatas is the great mudra, and in the heart of those mudras, in the Tathagata family, the mudra of Vajrasattva Mother is placed in the form of the moon and the vajra, and that is why. In the phrase "Vajra Paramita," it is called Paramita because it has gone to the other shore, and here it refers to the Paramita of wisdom. It is said to be Vajra Paramita because it is manifested in the form of a vajra, and its samaya is the vajra and essence that show the wisdom Paramita. From what kind of difference of the vajra-like mind do those two arise, and for the sake of blessing it, abiding in the samadhi called "Thus" which is in accordance with the meaning, is to make it manifest. Because it is a vajra-like samaya in the Tathagata family of all Tathagatas, it is named Vajra Samaya. Because it shows the direct enlightenment of all Tathagatas, it is the mudra of all Tathagatas, and whatever sound shows it is also called that. Therefore, the form of the sound is taken out from its own heart. The so-called "this" is abiding in the heart. In the very followers of the manifestation, the heart of all Tathagatas is called the remaining four. The so-called Vajra Rays, because they are vajra-like rays, are called Vajra Rays, and they arise in the shape of a five-pronged vajra. After the wisdom of the Vajra Paramita of all Tathagatas is sealed with mudras, it means that in all Buddha-fields, whatever is the mandala of all Tathagatas of the Tathagata family, all the Bodhisattvas there are the wisdom of the Vajra Paramita.

It is to be known that the moon-like mandala of all Tathagatas is fully established in a gradual order of vajras. Even the Buddha manifests the wheel of emanation in perfect enlightenment. Therefore, all of them are said to be the wisdom of the Vajra Paramita. All of them are expanded, and the family symbol of all Tathagatas, the moon, is made to smile. This is the meaning of that. Being mixed into one is firmness. After expanding and contracting, it becomes firm as one. The term "Emaho" means becoming wonderful. "What is so wonderful here?" It is said, "The mind-hero, the Vajra, the firm self." The mind-hero is the moon mandala. The vajra is the vajra on top of it, that is, the mind-hero and the vajra, the vajra of the mind-hero. What is that mind-hero vajra like? It is called "firm." Whose firmness? The firmness of all Buddhas. If you are the mind-hero vajra, what is so wonderful? It is said, "Because of what," etc. Because of what is meditated upon, by the very nature of firmness, although without a body, it has become a vajra body. "Without a body" is the mind that is not a form, because it is its very essence. "Has become a vajra body" means that it abides in the manner of an indivisible form. "Then" means after that. The so-called Tathagata Ratnasambhava, because jewels are born from this, is Ratnasambhava. There is this difference in that the Bhagavan Vairochana belongs to all the mudras of all Tathagatas. Among all the mudras previously practiced, at the time of releasing the mudras of those mudras, empowerment is given with the vajra jewel-like mudra. The Jewel Paramita is a symbol that completely fulfills all the thoughts of all sentient beings. As a sign of the Paramita, the victorious banner marked with the wish-fulfilling jewel is placed in the hands of all Bodhisattvas. Its samaya is the difference of the mudra with the essence. From what kind of difference in thought does it arise? For the sake of blessing, it is indivisible like a vajra.

Abiding in that samadhi called the Vajra of the Vow of the precious Paramita. The so-called Vajra Jewel Vow is like the thought of a Vajra, for the sake of generating the precious family, it is called the precious vow. Whatever is called "that," the sound that indicates it is also called "that." "That" is what will be said below. Therefore, if asked what is the nature of that sound's mudra? It is taken from one's heart, meaning to take it out. The so-called jewel rays, etc., jewel rays are like the color of a red lotus, like the shape of a red lotus jewel. Sealed with the wisdom mudra of all Tathagatas, it is in the manner of the musical instruments mentioned earlier. The so-called "Emaho," etc., "Emaho" means wonderful. It is also marked by Vajra and is also the nature of a jewel, so it is a Vajra Jewel. What is that? It is the so-called self-nature. The so-called "name" means to say. Whose is it? It is of all Buddhas. The so-called "why," etc., why at the time of liberating all mudras, the initiation itself is a firm way, it is a means of firmness. Now, in order to show the introduction to offering the mudra of the third Tathagata Lotus family, the retinue of Bhagavan Vairochana, therefore, the words "then" etc. are spoken. He is the master of all worlds, therefore he is the master of the world. He is the king of that, therefore he is the king of the master of the world, which means Amitabha. The so-called "in order to seal with the wisdom of all aspects of all Tathagatas of Bhagavan Vairochana," when speaking the Dharma mudra, place a white Vajra on the tongue. Because of sealing with this aspect, it is for placing the mark of one's own family. The Paramita of the Dharma family is the Paramita of Dharma, which is the meaning of the Paramita of Wisdom. His vow is with the essence.
