It is said that way. In order to teach those who practice the door of mantra and engage in the work of fully maturing the self and others' continuums, one should protect oneself and others. Therefore, the Blessed One Vairochana Buddha, with the qualities of love and diligence, manifested as the essence, mudra, and form of a bodhisattva in the mandala, as this should be known. Now, even if the protection of those who have entered the practice has been completed, obstacles that are difficult to reverse will still arise and seek opportunities. Therefore, in order to make them afraid, and in order to teach the method of repelling enemies, the scriptures such as "Thereafter" are established and proclaimed. Being both a great Bodhisattva and able to completely destroy the power of all demons, therefore is the great Bodhisattva, able to completely destroy all the power of demons. Because it is the nature of Bodhicitta, it is a Bodhisattva. Because it has the posture of completely destroying all demons and turning them into ashes, it is the one who completely destroys all demons. His samaya is the essence and mudra, etc. In order to bless the Vajra-like indivisible samadhi that arises from the difference of a Bodhisattva with such characteristics of activity, therefore it is called a name that matches the meaning. Entering into that samadhi is manifestation. All Tathagatas, by means of the difference of the mudra with the characteristic of sharp teeth, in what way do they frighten all the demons, this difference of sharp teeth is called the samaya of all Tathagatas. The sound that proclaims it is also called the samaya of all Tathagatas. This means called the samaya of all Tathagatas, also because it abides in the hearts of all Tathagatas, is therefore said to be the essence of all Tathagatas. The so-called "this" is abiding in the heart. What does it do? It is said to arise from one's own heart. The so-called "thereafter" refers to immediately following the request, in whatever way the Blessed One is requested, in the same way it is fulfilled.

That which has the special power of making mudras is the Bhagavan Vajradhara himself. That which previously appeared as armor now appears as fangs. The vajra fangs themselves are weapons, so they are the weapons of vajra fangs. It is an emanation of the mind of the Vajra nature of Bhagavan Vairochana, conforming to the image of the Vajra, able to destroy all, causing all heretics to be terrified, and fulfilling the function of weapons, so it is called the shape of Vajra fangs. All the Tathagatas subdue the violent, etc., and so on. Surely burning, what is sharp, what is fierce, what is majestic, what eats flesh and drinks blood and gnaws bones, therefore it is said to be the most fierce. Transforming into a fierce form is violence, subduing them is cutting off arrogance, eliminating violence itself, so first one must subdue them. Completely destroying all the demons is making them invisible with the Vajra of emptiness wisdom, it is completely destroying, and it is its very nature, so it is complete destruction itself. Therefore, the samadhi of Vajrasattva is the Bodhisattva completely destroying all the power of the demons. It is unique because it is extremely cultivated in form. Because it is stable, it is integrated. Emaho and so on. Emaho means wonderful. What is wonderful? It is said to be great skillful means, because the skillful means are great, so it is great skillful means. Who is it? It is me. Whose is it? It is the Buddhas'. Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, if they can also be called Buddhas, in order to distinguish them from them, it is said to be compassionate, meaning having the nature of great compassion. It shows that I am the great skillful means of those Buddhas who have the same taste of great compassion, not the great skillful means of those who have shallow compassion. If you are the great skillful means of the compassionate ones, then what is so wonderful here? Even the peaceful, for the benefit of sentient beings, show an untamed appearance. This means that even the extremely peaceful Buddha, for the sake of sentient beings,

Because of not subduing, he manifests as Vajra Yaksha. Among the "All Tathagatas' Utmost Wrathful One" and so on, because he is extremely wrathful, he is the utmost wrathful one; wrathful means fierce. Since he is both all Tathagatas and the utmost wrathful one, he is the "All Tathagatas' Utmost Wrathful One." Because others cannot break him, he is like a vajra, hence Vajra. He abides in the samadhi that is named thus, which corresponds to the meaning. He proclaims thus: In that samadhi, one fully cultivates the distinctions of such body, speech, and mind that appear vividly. In order to bestow the empowerment of the tusk mudra, which will completely destroy obstacles and wrong views, he enters into that samadhi. The weapon of the Vajra Tusk, he bestows it into the hand of that great Bodhisattva, and it should be connected thus. The remaining verses show the necessity. Furthermore, by what distinction of all Tathagatas' mudras does one not subdue, but tames obstacles and wrong views? That is called the vow of taming the unsubdued of all Tathagatas. Why is this bestowed? In order to bestow fearlessness upon all sentient beings without exception in all realms of the world. The word "in between" encompasses all the remaining deeds of the Buddhas, and completely gathers the wisdom of vast means and the ultimate of clairvoyance. That which accomplishes the fulfillment of desires is called means, and desire means the meaning of manifest desire. Means is attainment, because it is attained quickly with ease, it is means. Since it is both means and great, it is great means, and its wisdom. That itself is clairvoyance, which is the attainment of it. That itself is the supreme accomplishment, which is for the sake of those fruits. "Having placed in one's own mouth" means having placed it in the position of the tusk. All the Tathagatas are the Bodhisattvas who emanate in the mandala, and the mantra practitioners blessed by them. To those Tathagatas, obstacles and evil
