It is for the sake of acting. It is shown in this way. Therefore, after doing things like showing the wonderful, it means that all the deeds of the Buddhas are shown correctly. The meaning of "always joyful and very satisfied" has been explained. The samadhi of Vajrasattva is always joyful and very satisfied, so it is one because of its appearance. Because it has become very stable, it is a gathering, which means the essence of indivisibility. The result is in accordance with the cause, so the body of the Bodhisattva also becomes the state of always joyful and very satisfied. "Always" etc., because it is extremely equal at all times, it is the state of those who are always equally abiding. As it is said in the scriptures, "The Buddhas, the Bhagavad-bhagavats, are always equally abiding." "In the meaning of Buddha" etc., because the Buddhas, the Bhagavad-bhagavats, smile in order to subdue the beings of the three realms, and they are also used for subduing, which is their wonderfulness. Why use it? The meaning of "in the meaning of Buddha" is that because it is the meaning of the Buddhas, it is the meaning of Buddha, that is, the deeds of the Buddhas. It is shown like this: The Buddhas, the Bhagavad-bhagavats, show smiles to those who should be subdued, not for other reasons. Why don't you use it for other reasons? Because that is always equally abiding. Whose smile is it? It is said to be "all victorious" because it is the most supreme of all, so it is all victorious, that is, the Buddhas, the Bhagavad-bhagavats. "Great laughter" means a big laugh, so it is great laughter. Or, because he did a great deed, it is great laughter. What is the laughter like? It is said to be "great wonder" because it is both wonderful and great, so it is great wonder, because it is difficult to obtain, so it is wonderful. Because it accomplishes the benefit of sentient beings, it is great. "Then" etc., the wonder of all the Tathagatas is the seal of laughter. Its blessing is self-

It generates the power for activities. That is the blessing. The samadhi that is as firm as a vajra is called vajra. This is its name. Therefore, it is called the wonderful blessing vajra of all the Tathagatas. Entering into that samadhi is direct realization. It is the samaya that generates wonder. Because of constant joy and extreme lack of pride, the vajra smile is placed in his hand. The remaining parts show the necessity. That which is called "the master of all" is that all the faculties, such as the eyes, are the very place of abiding, completely gathered, and extremely pure. It is to focus on the pure forms, etc., in the pure Buddhafields; in the mandalas of the retinue of the Tathagatas, to focus on the marks and signs; to experience the supreme bliss and mental bliss for the sake of experiencing the supreme Dharma enjoyment. This is said to be the fruit. The faculties experience Dharma enjoyment, and later, when the state of Buddhahood is attained, it is the complete training of the mastery of all the Tathagatas, which is its wisdom. That is direct knowledge. Obtaining that is attainment. That is the fruit, and it is for that reason. There, after the empowerment of the mudra, all beings who have become sentient beings cannot be moved, so such joy arises. Therefore, because of that cause, all the Tathagatas bestow the empowerment of the name Vajra Joy, Vajra Joy. Then, by the excellence of the mudra of the body of the Bodhisattva, having obtained the samaya of all the Tathagatas, it causes extreme smiling, which is to cause extreme joy. All the Tathagatas and Bodhisattvas of the mandala, and all those who have entered the practice of the secret mantra gate, are summoned, entered, bound, controlled, and all the Tathagatas who act for the benefit of sentient beings are made to laugh, and after showing the power of one's own mudra and one's own actions, this special statement is specially spoken.

It is said. "This" means abiding in the hand. "That" means where I come from. What is it? It is all the Buddhas. What is "this"? It is the miraculously born teacher. That is what is said. What is its nature like? It is the wisdom of great joy. That is what is said. The form of the mudra is also an emanation of that wisdom, so it is called wisdom. Is this well known in the world, or is it not? Because of what? "Other scriptures cannot know." That is what is said. "Other" means the non-Buddhists. The path that the non-Buddhists follow is the other scriptures. They cannot know it, that is the meaning. The Bhagavan Vairochana rejoices in the profound and vast realm of Dharma, and although he is the lord of constant joy and extreme joy, it is also an establishment. The great empowerment and so on are easy to understand. "The great empowerment bodhisattva of all the Tathagatas," because it is the great empowerment and so on, and also by the meaning of increasing light, it is said to be the great empowerment bodhisattva. Now, because of the joy in the Dharma, the body becomes very supple. Because the body is very supple, one will touch bliss. Having bliss, the mind can enter into samadhi. In order to show the essence, mudra, and bodhisattva that arise from such samadhi, it is said, "From then on," and so on. Because he looks with all eyes, he is all-seeing. In order to make all dharmas the realm of self-nature purity, and to ripen and liberate sentient beings, to make it the realm of the suchness of desire, and to generate great compassion for sentient beings who are extremely suffering and not the same as oneself, he is all-seeing. Because he is proficient in all-seeing, he is the lord of all-seeing. Since he is both the lord of all-seeing and the great bodhisattva, he is the lord of all-seeing, the great bodhisattva. His samaya is the heart essence and so on, that is, the Dharma from which it arises.
