The essence of all the departed is drawn from one's own heart. All are equal to the sky, because all things are equal to the sky. Because of thoroughly realizing the selflessness of phenomena, all are equal to the sky, and its wisdom is the wisdom of all being equal to the sky. To thoroughly realize it is the meaning of truly understanding. Because its nature is the wisdom of all being equal to the sky, it is possible to thoroughly realize it. Whose is it? It is the samadhi of Vajrasattva. The meaning of Vajrasattva refers to the mind of enlightenment. It itself is equal to the sky. It is explained as the sound of samadhi, because it is one-pointed. Not focusing on others, therefore it is the samadhi of Vajrasattva. It shows this way: In the ultimate truth, all phenomena are understood to be equal to the sky. Understanding that conditioned phenomena depend on conceptualization, and extremely cultivating the mind of equanimity. Know that the more one understands, the more changes occur. Knowing this, due to necessity, it becomes the light of the sky and appears, so it is called appearing as the light of all the sky. Because the surface of Mount Meru is in the nature of lapis lazuli, the sky appears like the color of broken silver stones. It means that it becomes a light similar to it and appears. Everything becomes like the limit of the sky, meaning that all the worlds just explained, due to the touch of the light of the nature of the sky, become its nature when expanding. Then, due to the blessings of all the Tathagatas, and so on. Because it is the blessing of all the Tathagatas, it is the blessing of all the Tathagatas. The blessing is thinking like this: Let it become like this. Then, collect all those limits of the sky. The rest is easy to understand. Because of extremely cultivating, and so on, it is extreme. Most supremely, and also completely cultivating and learning, therefore it is extremely cultivated. Also, the word "also" refers to all being equal to the sky.

In order to fully realize its inherent wisdom, it should be combined with what was previously stated. The word "realization" previously only indicated understanding, but now it indicates that one has gained control over it, which is a distinction. "All of space realm" refers to the previously mentioned collection of rays of light like lapis lazuli. "Birth place" is the place of birth, that is, the cause of birth. "Great Vajra Jewel Shape" means that it is both a vajra jewel and the shape of a jewel, hence it is called the Great Vajra Jewel Shape. "Having become" means staying there, performing expansion and contraction, and then abiding in the two hands of the Bhagavan. "Thereafter," etc., the mention of vajra is because it arises from Vajrasattva. Therefore, its own function is to empower all the Tathagatas, thereby performing the deeds of the Buddha with it and so on. "All of space realm," etc., it is both the space realm and all, so it is called all of space realm. It itself is the birthplace, so it is the essence, and also from this arises the excellent samadhi of Vajrasattva, therefore, this arises from the essence of all of space realm. Focusing on this and diligently practicing, because it is the samadhi of Vajrasattva, it becomes one. Because it is very stable, it is completely mixed. "The great Bodhisattva having become the Vajra Jewel Body," etc., is easy to understand. "Emaho," etc., "Emaho" means wonderful. What is wonderful here? That is, the stainless victors whom I empower, that is, the victors who have abandoned all attachments, are also considered the lords of the three realms, and this is the wonderful thing here. Thus it is proclaimed, the stainless victors who have abandoned afflictions and their habitual tendencies are also appointed as the Dharma kings of the three realms and are considered the lords of the three realms. Other non-Buddhists do not have such an understanding, therefore this is uncommon.

In order to comprehend the Dharma, the Buddhas are regarded as the lords of the three realms. The so-called "Vajra Jewel" is a precious jewel named after Vajra. The supreme empowerment is a very good empowerment, and it is called empowerment because it is empowered through it. For example, the so-called "supreme" is unsurpassed. This great Bodhisattva Vajra Jewel should actually be regarded as a four-faced Buddha. The content from "then" onwards is easy to understand. Accepting the teachings means praying to definitely devote oneself to one's own work. From "Then, the Bhagavan" etc., it is for all the Tathagatas to be empowered, abiding in what samadhi? "You use this Vajra Jewel to empower all the Tathagatas as the supreme Dharma King," the samadhi of giving the Bodhisattva the Vajra Jewel is called "the Vajra Jewel of all the Tathagatas," abiding in that samadhi and manifesting it. The so-called "intention of all the Tathagatas" etc., the intention of all the Tathagatas is "Alas! When will I realize the omniscient wisdom and become the Dharma King?" That's what I think. Its perfection is the empowerment as the supreme Dharma King. Its vow is that this empowerment with the mudra of the Vajra Jewel, in order to fulfill the intention of all the Buddhas, is the vow of the Tathagatas to fulfill their wishes, and it must be connected to the hand that gives the great Bodhisattva the Vajra Jewel. Now, for what is it given, the rest of the scriptures will explain. The so-called "without remainder" etc., the sentient beings without remainder, all meanings are perfectly accomplished, that is, obtaining the meaning of manifesting desire. Those who obtain the meaning will experience all happiness and mental happiness. "In between" this word includes turning the wheel of Dharma, overcoming heretics, establishing on the path of the ten virtuous deeds, and so on. All the meanings of all the Tathagatas are perfectly complete.
