This self's action, which is called giving. The sound of the word "etcetera" encompasses all the previous deeds of the Buddhas. "Extremely delighting" and so forth, because the samadhi that generates extreme delight from extreme displeasure is cultivated extremely. "Extremely cultivated" means that the mind has become empowered. Because of being extremely cultivated, it becomes one, and because of being extremely firm, it becomes blended. This is the meaning of "essence." Thus, the body of the Bodhisattva, this emanation, the *viśeṣa* (Sanskrit, viśeṣa, special) that is made after this emanation is the *viśeṣa* (Sanskrit, viśeṣa, special). Alas, this is wondrous. What is so wondrous here? Why? Because although the nature of the formless mind has been established, I have become formed. What is the nature of? It is the nature of good giving. Is it only one-sided? No. Because it says "all," it is the good giving of all good deeds. Whose good giving is it? It is said to be the good giving of all the omniscient ones. What is the difference? It is said to be supreme, which is the meaning of "excellent." How is it excellent? It is that those who are free from conceptualization, certainly generate joy. This is how it is shown: joy is mental happiness, and although it is free from conceptualization, this, having attained the samadhi of non-conceptualization, and also generating joy in those who have abandoned conceptualization, is therefore supreme. "Certainly" means without doubt. The rest is easy to understand. "The Vajra that pleases" and so forth, because it is a Vajra for pleasing, it is the Vajra that pleases. Because it is related to all the Tathagatas, and because it generates extreme joy, and because it is a Vajra for showing the mudra, entering into the samadhi that is called by that name is the manifestation. The extreme joy of all the Tathagatas is unsurpassed, extreme joy means mental happiness. There is nothing superior to this, therefore it is unsurpassed. He knows

It is wisdom, therefore it is the supreme wisdom of great joy. Here, it is called the supreme wisdom of great joy of all Tathagatas. Its samaya is the mudra, the sign that produces it is called the samaya of the supreme wisdom of great joy of all Tathagatas. Vajra Joy, given to the hand of that great Bodhisattva, King of Great Joy, should be combined in this way. Joyful taste, etc., joy is the distinction of mental happiness, it is the cause of hair standing on end, etc. That itself is satisfying, therefore it is supreme. This itself is also called the supreme accomplishment. The rest is easy to understand. Now, in order to show its karma mudra, therefore it is said "thereafter" etc. The joy marked by the name of Vajra is Vajra Joy. In the manner of the Vajra Joy bell, with this mudra, make all the Tathagatas and Bodhisattvas of the mandala greatly joyful with "Good!" and especially proclaim this. This, is held in the hand. That, is from where it arises. Whose is this? It is said, of the Buddha. What action does it do? It is said, it gives well. This is the great destroyer, as it is said, it makes all happy. Vajra, is because others cannot divide its own action. This is the thing of the gods, therefore it is a divine thing. What does it do with this? It is said, it increases joy. Great Bodhicitta, is praying for Bodhi. The samaya of inviting all Tathagatas is the nature of the four means of gathering. The wisdom that pleases all Tathagatas is the nature of acting in accordance with the minds and mental factors of all sentient beings. Great joy is the nature of joy and mental happiness. The hero of great samaya, is the samaya of great Bodhi, therefore it is the great samaya, the hero of the cause of obtaining it, is the hero of great samaya.

It is called "Pa." Therefore, these four qualities are the cause of obtaining all the qualities of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat. In the mandala, the transformation into the nature of the four great mudras is called the Samaya Sattva. From the point of view of their meaning, they belong to the Tathagata family in order. This is after completely pleasing the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, just as the king empowers the virtuous and coming princes to be the lords of their own land. Similarly, for the Bodhisattva who possesses the aforementioned qualities, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are very pleased and bestow the empowerment of the supreme Dharma King. In order to show this, it is said, "Then," and so on. "Then" means after that. Because it has the birthplace of the sky itself, it is the heart of the sky. Since it is both a great Bodhisattva and the heart of the sky, it is the great Bodhisattva, the heart of the sky. Its samaya is the essence and mudra, and so on. From what does it arise, called jewel, that is, from the jewel of faith. Its blessing is to increase its power, to enter into and manifest the samadhi called Vajra. What does it do? Therefore, combine what is said, extracting the essence from the heart of all the Tathagatas. If asked, what is its name? It is indicated by "of all the Tathagatas," and so on. Because it is the samaya of empowerment of all the Tathagatas, it is the samaya of empowerment of all the Tathagatas. Here, samaya refers to the sound that shows the jewel mudra. What is the essence of the samaya of empowerment of all the Tathagatas, that is called the samaya of empowerment of all the Tathagatas. How is it? It is called the essence of all the Tathagatas, that is, the meaning of empowerment as mentioned above dwells in the heart of all the Tathagatas, that is, the Tathagata.
