Now, this section called "Thus Spoken" is being explained. "This" refers to what is located in the center of the palm. "That" refers to the self that arises from it. What is that? It is "Supreme Vajra Wisdom." Vajra Wisdom is unwavering wisdom, characterized by the complete realization of the nature of the Dharmadhatu. Whose wisdom is that? It is said to be that of all Buddhas. Why is it said to be Buddha? It is said to be for the sake of accomplishing the meaning of all Buddhas. What is its nature like? It is said to be the "Universally Summoning Holy One." It is called "Universally Summoning" because it universally summons, like an iron hook. And because it is superior to other summonings, it is called the Holy One. For what purpose does it summon all the meanings of all Buddhas? It is said to be for the sake of accomplishing the meaning of all sentient beings to be tamed by all Buddhas, because that is the manifest intention of all the Tathagatas for a long time, so that meaning is "for the sake of accomplishing the meaning of all Buddhas." By the nature of the four means of gathering, the Vajra Hook gathers all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Those who are gathered must be pleased, otherwise gathering the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas becomes meaningless. To show this, from "Then" onwards, it shows the means of arising the third being. Those who have generated the mind of enlightenment, fearing the suffering of samsara, and have entered the Hearer's Vehicle, causing them to transfer from there is called killing. Therefore, because it performs killing, it is called a Mara, and it is also a great Bodhisattva. Since it is both a Mara and a Bodhisattva, it is a Great Bodhisattva Mara. Its samaya is the essence and the mudra, so it is the samaya of the Great Bodhisattva Mara. What arises from that is from where the being arises, the being and its blessings, to stabilize, abiding in the samadhi called Vajra, that is manifesting. "This" refers to abiding in the heart. That

What is it? It is said to be the "vow to please all Tathagatas," meaning the vow to please is the sign of following attachment, which causes Bodhisattvas to turn away from the vehicles of Sravakas and Pratyekabuddhas and enter the Mahayana. Or, in order to establish sentient beings who have entered non-virtue on the path of the ten virtuous actions, that which follows attachment is called the vow of following attachment. As for "the essence of all Tathagatas," all Tathagatas are all Buddhas, and in order to make all sentient beings follow attachment to the meaning held in their hearts, the word that expresses the meaning of "may this be so" is also called the essence. As for "that is it," etc., as for "that," this which previously showed itself as the Vajra King, it is said, "that is the redness of the flower," that is, the flower arrow associated with all Tathagatas, which arises in the shape of a bow with an arrow marked with a flower. As for "pleasing all Tathagatas," etc., pleasing means turning one's back on the benefit of sentient beings and holding on to the path of the Sravakas, which was explained earlier. The word "following" means "from behind." Causing sentient beings to ripen completely, etc., is following attachment. That is also related to all Tathagatas, and all Tathagatas means that the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, and the Bodhisattvas should be held, and pleasing the Buddhas means that after attaining complete enlightenment, the mind is focused on small matters and the wheel of Dharma is not turned. For the sake of sentient beings, Brahma requested the Bhagavat, "There are sentient beings with sharp faculties and those with moderate faculties, so please turn the wheel of Dharma." Therefore, Brahma requested the Bhagavat to turn the wheel of Dharma. This is what pleases the Buddhas, that is, wishing to accomplish the benefit of sentient beings.

It is also. For bodhisattvas, generating desire for those who are negligent in the meaning of sentient beings is to be pleased. "Etc." means that the previously mentioned practice of bodhicitta is included in "etc." "Extremely subdued" means the ultimate perfection of one's own actions. Therefore, it becomes one mixture, meaning that it becomes one mixture because it is extremely stable. "Specifically stated," etc., means that what is specifically stated without being asked is a specific statement. "Emawo" means becoming rare. "My own nature is pure" means that the essence is pure, so it is not purified by any conditioned phenomena, etc. How are you inherently pure? Why are you attached to the enjoyment of worldly children, wives, etc., and impure objects? That is because they are completely bound by afflictions and completely arouse the path of unwholesome actions. Also, in the nature of its present dharma, it is the nature of causing suffering and discomfort to other sentient beings, and in other lives, it is the cause of suffering and infinite discomfort for oneself, and it is the cause of binding to samsara, so it is impure. If it is said: What sentient being is completely attached to being matured, that is the cause of completely purifying one's own continuum, and that is not for one's own sake, but for the sake of liberating those sentient beings from samsara, by realizing the unsurpassed wisdom, making oneself a vessel, and in the future, that attachment will also liberate sentient beings from samsara according to their abilities, and by being independent of desire, gathering the enjoyment of samsara as it is, after completely maturing, by giving the prediction of non-inversion, one will attain omniscience. Therefore, it is the cause of purifying the continuums of oneself and others, and it is the cause of many undefiled happinesses and comforts, so in that
