It is said to be pure in nature. Because it arises in accordance, it is pleasing. So, to whom does it arise in accordance with? It is said to be in accordance with the self-arisen. Because it is self-arisen, it is self-arisen. It relies on the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, and the principle of what will arise. It should also be done for Bodhisattvas. How do we know that it is in accordance with the self-arisen? Because it is said that all those who are free from desire, etc. In order to make the disciples of the Buddha-nature, who have fallen into the Hearer Vehicle, and those who are free from desire and not completely pure, re-establish themselves in the Great Vehicle, they are subdued by desire. It is declared that those who turn their backs on the benefit of sentient beings, generate desire in order to ripen and liberate sentient beings, that is the meaning. Now, in order to pay homage in advance to the work of the Bhagavan's manifestation of aggregation for what purpose, and to put the work into practice, the request is expressed by "receiving the command." The command is to issue an order to one's own work. Regarding pleasing all the Tathagatas, etc., all the Tathagatas refer to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. For those who are extremely afraid of samsara like the Hearers, what kind of mudra difference is used to arise in accordance with? Its blessing is to add power to one's own work. So, what is the samadhi that can abide in it? For it, it is called the blessing vajra that pleases all the Tathagatas. After entering and manifesting the samadhi called thus, what did he do? It is speculated here that it is called the demon vajra vow of all the Tathagatas, that is, giving the vajra arrow, the great Bodhisattva demon, into his hand. The demon vajra vow of all the Tathagatas, the demon is to prevent from entering at will, and to be the master of others. Among them, what is the indivisible vow like a vajra, that is the demon vajra vow. The realm of sentient beings without remainder, etc., has already been said. Middle

The word "thus" also indicates the unmentioned Bodhicitta and so on. The demonic activity of all Tathagatas is to transfer those with the Buddha-nature from the Hearer and Solitary Realizer vehicles, and also to move the Buddhas from small-mindedness. That demonic activity itself is the supreme accomplishment; attaining it is attaining the supreme accomplishment. It itself is the fruit, therefore it is the fruit of attaining the supreme accomplishment. Therefore, thus is given the empowerment of the jewel diadem and crown of the Tathagatas, which means to bestow. Therefore, in order to show the name empowerment after the mudra empowerment, the Vajra Bow is spoken. This shows that although the bow was not mentioned before, the arrow must have a bow to function, so although the arrow is mentioned without mentioning the bow, it is actually mentioned in meaning. The so-called "performing demonic deeds on all Tathagatas" is to transfer those with the Buddha-nature from the Hearer vehicle. What is it? It is this special verse. The so-called "this" refers to the image of the arrow located in the palm of the hand. What is this? It is the wisdom of desire. Whose is it? It is of all the Buddhas. Because it is the wisdom of the cause of desire, it is the wisdom of desire, because wisdom is its manifestation, therefore it is called wisdom. Because it is without turbidity, it is immaculate, meaning that because it is not mixed with the existence of enjoyment, it is free from turbidity. How does it appear that it is immaculate? It is said, "Desire destroys the desireless." To destroy is to ruin. What is destroyed? It is "desirelessness," that is, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who are inclined to small-mindedness. What destroys it? It is desire, that is, the desire that ripens and liberates sentient beings destroys desirelessness. What does it do after destroying it? "It bestows all happiness." All happiness is the unsurpassed happiness of the Buddha.

Pa'o. Having generated the mudra of the mind of enlightenment, below that, in order to gather and delight sentient beings, the mudra of gathering sentient beings is generated. After showing the gathering of sentient beings, the mudra of making those sentient beings rejoice is shown. Because those who rejoice should be made happy, the text beginning with "Then" and so on is spoken. Extreme joy is mental happiness. Because it is the king who has power to generate it, it is the king of extreme joy. Since he is both a great bodhisattva and a king of extreme joy, he is the great bodhisattva, the king of extreme joy. Its samaya is the essence and the mudra, etc. In order to bless and empower the special quality that arises from the mind of the bodhisattva, it is vajra. The samadhi that is called by that name is shown by these words. To enter into samadhi is to realize directly. The mudra of the samaya of extreme joy is called the samaya of extreme joy. That which is called the samaya of extreme joy is the essence of all the Tathagatas. All the Tathagatas, such as Akshobhya, etc., the meaning of these abides in the hearts of those, therefore it is the essence. In order to proclaim it, it is also said to be the essence of all the Tathagatas. It is said to be one's own heart, that is, the heart of Vairochana, from which it is taken. The Blessed One, the Vajra Holder himself, is the one who previously appeared in this form, and now, having become "Excellent!", appears in the manner of showing the cause and effect of the utmost joy by clapping the hands. This also shows pleasing, just as the ritual itself is completed, and the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, are pleased, just as the Blessed One, the Vajra Holder, shows "Excellent! Excellent!". The form of vajra joy is the form of the mudra of giving the word "Excellent!". What is called "All the Tathagatas with the word 'Excellent!' etc." refers to the bodhisattva.
