Then, the explanation of "Bhagavan" is finished. Because it is the wisdom of all Tathagatas, it is the wisdom of all Tathagatas, and it itself is the vajra that has become the vow, so it is the vow vajra of the wisdom of all Tathagatas. The samadhi that is bestowed by its samadhi also has the same name. Therefore, after entering into samadhi and manifesting what is called "the vow vajra of the wisdom of all Tathagatas," this vajra is given into the hands of the great Bodhisattva Samantabhadra. Why is that? Because, as it is said, it is the cause of the fruit of accomplishment. The discipline related to all Tathagatas is mature and peaceful, so it is discipline. It also has three aspects, namely the discipline of individual liberation vows, the discipline of collecting all virtuous dharmas, and the discipline of benefiting sentient beings by accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings with compassion. By mentioning samadhi, it encompasses dhyana and the formless realms. What is called wisdom is the ability to distinguish dharmas well. These are the three trainings, discipline is the training of higher discipline, samadhi is the training of higher mind, and wisdom is the training of higher wisdom. For yogis who abide in such training, liberation will become clear, and the mind is liberated from afflictions such as desire, so it is mind liberation. Those who are liberated in mind are liberation, because they enter into seeing wisdom, so it is liberation, and seeing wisdom is the wisdom seeing of liberation. These are said to be the five aggregates without outflows. The explanation of "turning the wheel of Dharma" is finished. Regarding the term "benefiting sentient beings," because they are trapped in samsara due to the influence of karma and afflictions, they are sentient beings. Doing what they desire and pursue is the work of benefiting sentient beings. Because it is obtained by quickly accomplishing what is thought, it is skillful means.

Eh. Let's discuss some distinctions of wisdom. The term "Great Means" signifies both means and greatness, hence it's called Great Means. The mentioned "powers" refer to the power of knowing what is and is not the case, the power of knowing death and birth, the power of knowing the exhaustion of defilements, the power of knowing recollection of past lives, the power of knowing superior and inferior faculties, the power of knowing various realms, The power of knowing the path to all destinations, the power of miracles, the power of direct knowledge, the power of knowing various inclinations, and the power of knowing aspirations—these are the ten powers. It should be understood that the power of the body is also immeasurable. Diligence is delight in virtuous dharmas, as it is said: "With diligence alone as a companion, one attains the unsurpassed state." Like that. Wisdom is both wisdom and great, hence it is great wisdom, because it pervades all things, it should be understood as the wisdom that knows all. The vajra that possesses such qualities is explained as the sound called samaya (vow). So, why is it given? If one contemplates this question, one will find that through "the entirety of sentient beings without remainder," etc., it shows why it is bestowed, that is, to protect all the worlds without any remainder of sentient beings. The so-called "protecting" is to protect from all aspects, it is to protect the realm of sentient beings, that is, the kinds of sentient beings, from the enemies of evil destinies and the afflictions of samsara, with the meaning of protecting and guarding, therefore it is protecting. If one asks, "Does it only do these things?" The answer is, it is said in the sutra, "To become the lord of all," because it becomes the master of all, therefore it is to become the lord of all, that is, to attain the unsurpassed Dharma King. Not only becoming the master of all, but also it is said, "To experience all bliss and joy," bliss and joy refer to the mundane and supramundane, to experience them is to be universally aware. This shows that one's own benefit is to be perfected, while the former shows the benefit of others.

This is to fully demonstrate the qualities. As mentioned before, it does not exhaust all the qualities, so the word "between" is to truly show the unmentioned benefits. Those qualities, along with the grounds and perfections, and from the mindfulness up to the ultimate manifestation of the wisdom of equality of all Tathagatas, this is the unsurpassed Great Vehicle. Fully realizing its entire collection of qualities is understanding, which is the supreme accomplishment. Obtaining it is gaining, which is the fruit, and for those, the vajra, that is, the great Bodhisattva Samantabhadra, is given to the hand of previous practice, and should be combined as such. In whose name is the vajra given to him? It is said, "It is the wheel-turning king of all Tathagatas," because it is the wheel of all Tathagatas, so it is the wheel of all Tathagatas, that is, the mandala of the wheel. Having the state of transforming it, therefore it is the wheel-turning king of all Tathagatas, the transformation is the gradual manifestation by the blessing of the Buddha. It is its nature, therefore it is the nature of the wheel-turning king of all Tathagatas. It is the meaning in his name. What is done? It is said, "As the wish," that empowerment is offering. With what empowerment? It is said in "the body of all Tathagatas," because it is the body of all Tathagatas, so it is the body of all Tathagatas, that is the jewel, so it is the jewel of the body of all Tathagatas, that is the crown, so it is empowered with the crown of the jewel of the body of all Tathagatas. Not only that, but also empowered by tying the hair knot, the hair knot is one cubit wide, and the length is twenty-five cubits of white silk, with which it is used as a crown on the head, with many strands wrapped around the base, placed on the ears on both sides, pulled up about four fingers, made like the wings of a garuda, and
