Therefore, it is all the activities of all Tathagatas. Among them, "having placed there" means that the previous Buddhas have already attained the state of fruition. Now, in order to show where and on what seat they dwell and do those activities, it is said, "Where is the summit of Mount Meru?" and so on. It means that in Akanishta, various activities have been done in the past, and in order to dwell on the lion throne of the Dharma King, they went from Akanishta to the summit of Mount Meru. Vajras, jewels, and precious objects, etc., vajra is the jewel vajra, the jewel is the wish-fulfilling jewel, and the precious object is the ruby, etc. The pavilion at the top is adorned with those, and the top is made of vajra, jewels, and precious objects. The pavilion refers to the building. Going means moving. The Tathagata Vajradhatu also belongs to all Tathagatas, and all Tathagatas' manifestation of enlightenment is the same, the assembly and the Dharmakaya are the same, therefore all Tathagatas bless with the same nature as the previous Tathagatas, and now also bless with a different lineage from all Tathagatas, and in that way make it stable, that is the meaning. Therefore, it is appropriate to dwell on the lion throne of all Tathagatas, because it is both all Tathagatas and a lion, so it is the lion of all Tathagatas, with the meaning of gaining victory over all sentient beings. Those seats are the lion thrones of all Tathagatas. Again, the seat marked with a lion is the lion throne, because it is the lion throne of all Tathagatas, so it is the lion throne of all Tathagatas. Facing all directions means four faces. Becoming established means placing. After the Tathagata Vajradhatu dwells among all Tathagatas, what did those Tathagatas do themselves, and what were they called?

In order to explain this meaning, it is said, "Then," and so on. "Then" means immediately after that. As for what the name should be, after saying "How should it be called?", it is said, "The Tathagata Akshobhya," and so on. Even if the three realms are completely destroyed, this (Akshobhya Tathagata) will not be shaken in the slightest, hence it is called Akshobhya. Because jewels arise from this, it is called Ratnasambhava. Because mudras and other jewels arise from it. Because he is the king of Avalokiteśvara, he is called Avalokiteśvara. Because he is located on its head. Just thinking about it is meaningful, and it is not eaten by ghosts, and all things can be accomplished, hence it is accomplished without being eaten by ghosts. All the Tathagatas who have attained perfect and complete enlightenment are the nature of the four wisdoms. The mirror-like wisdom of all is Akshobhya, like the light of a lamp, illuminating the continuum of the beings to be tamed in an instant. Similarly, the wisdom of equality appears as Ratnasambhava. Similarly, the wisdom of discernment appears as Amitabha. The wisdom of accomplishing activities appears as Amoghasiddhi. Therefore, the scripture says, "There, all the Tathagatas bless themselves separately." Saying "self" is to show that because they have already attained perfect and complete enlightenment, they will perform their own blessings, etc. For those who initially attain perfect Buddhahood, it is shown that the previous Buddhas performed blessings, etc. "Self" refers to one's own continuum. "Blessing" refers to performing blessings, etc. Now, in order to show that enlightenment is attained in relation to lineage, it is said, "Bhagavan Shakyamuni," and so on. Because he is the able one among the Shakyas, he is called Shakyamuni. Or because body, speech, and mind possess the qualities of an able one, he is called the able one. All equality means suchness, all things

It is emptiness. The so-called "complete understanding" means comprehension, because it is very understood, it is complete understanding. The so-called "equality of all directions" means the sameness of all directions, and focusing on it is particularly believing. "Abiding in the four directions" means that the Blessed One Shakyamuni Buddha abides. Or, on the surface of Mount Meru, the rising and setting of the sun distinguishes the directions, and since rising and setting are present on all surfaces, it is also the equality of all directions in the conventional truth. Now, starting from "from then on," etc., it shows that the ability and necessity of turning the wheel of Dharma in the manner of mantra practice are fully possessed, and newly fully enlightened means just fully enlightened. The mind of all Tathagatas, Samantabhadra, possesses the mind of Samantabhadra, which shows that it is knowing the vows. Not only knowing the vows, but also to show that the empowerment as described above has been obtained, so it is said, "Born from the sky of all Tathagatas," etc. Also, "The power of the all-seeing Avalokiteshvara of all Tathagatas," etc., shows the great yoga freedom of the wisdom of all-knowing, and the wisdom of knowing all dharmas is the wisdom of Dharma. The so-called "supreme Paramita," supreme is the highest, because there is no purity beyond it, so it is supreme. It is both supreme and Paramita, so it is the supreme Paramita, because the wisdom of Dharma itself is the supreme Paramita, so it is called the wisdom of Dharma, the supreme Paramita, and obtaining it is obtaining the wisdom of Dharma, the supreme Paramita. It itself is all the activities of all Tathagatas, so it is all activities. Because it has become the nature of all the activities of all Tathagatas, it is all activities itself. Its indestructibility means that it shows that it is meaningful, unobstructed, and irreversible, and the holder is all the activities of all Tathagatas themselves, indestructible and unobstructed.
