It should be destroyed and trampled upon. As for "The Yoga of Destroying the Enemy," since it is the destruction of the enemy, it is the destroyer of the enemy; since it is its very nature, it is the destroyer of the enemy itself, by its yoga. The term "whoever has compassion" refers to any yogi who generates compassion for sentient beings. Furthermore, through the yoga of destroying the enemy, they annihilate the cruel and violent. If one asks, "How does compassion arise for the enemy?" It is because compassionate beings generate compassion for those sentient beings who are suffering or engaging in the causes of suffering. And those who are cruel and violent are engaging in the causes of suffering. Therefore, thinking that they are manifestly inclined towards the paths of non-virtuous actions such as killing, and that any sentient being who engages in killing and the like will experience great suffering in the lower realms for a long time, one destroys the enemy in order to free them from the suffering of the lower realms, thereby annihilating them. Thus, the manner of freeing them from suffering is called compassion. The phrase "Dharma or non-Dharma, by nature, is luminous" means that all dharmas and non-dharmas are luminous by nature; by nature, they are the ultimate truth of emptiness. To meditate on everything as being without inherent existence is luminosity itself; by nature, it is complete purity. Thus, having meditated on all dharmas as being naturally pure in the order described above, one then abides again in conduct with conceptualization, destroying everything by uttering "Hūṃ" (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,seed syllable, can destroy all afflictions). This demonstrates that just as a yogi who possesses loving-kindness and compassion is able to benefit and harm sentient beings, so too a yogi who meditates on the luminosity of the nature of dharmas is also able to benefit and harm sentient beings. This is how it demonstrates it. The term "sentient beings who are difficult to tame" refers to those who are malicious in thought and evil in action. Those who are not vessels for enlightenment and Buddhahood.

That which is said, for the teachings of the Tathagata, is not a vessel with scripture and realization. In order to completely subdue them, that which is said, in order to punish them, one should turn back from the decline of thought and action, and also in order to punish the arrogant. The syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) should destroy. That which is said, to cause fainting is to destroy. Even if the vajra kīla is written, that which is said, is to meditate in the direction of the sky, the rest are easy to understand. Likewise, with the subtle ritual, that which is said, means by meditating on the vajra kīla and so on. The essence is Vajrasattva, one should meditate in the sky and so on. The rest are easy to understand. By completely combining with the vajra kīla, that which is said and so on, by taking the complete combination with the vajra kīla as the cause, first one should become accustomed to the meditation of the vajra kīla, if one meditates on oneself as the image of the moon, then wherever one thinks one will fall, mountains and so on will also fall. The fall of the moon image is not just a little, but in that moon one meditates on oneself as a vajra. Having meditated and become wrathful, wherever one falls, its kind will fall in abundance. Whatever object one falls on, one should pervade it, grind it into powder, and one must meditate on it as falling. The rest are easy to understand. Now, entering into the samadhi of Vajrakrodha, that which is said and so on, explains the wisdom training of the secret mudra of the Dharma of the Vajra family, entering into the samadhi of Vajrakrodha, that which is said, is to abide in the samadhi of Vajrakrodha, placing that sentient being into one's own body, one's own mind completely revolves, meaning to shake one's own body. The name of so-and-so, that which is said, is after reciting the name of so-and-so, shaking one's own body, and adding the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), if one recites the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), that person will die. Entering into the samadhi of the vajra kīla, that which is said, is to abide in the yoga of the vajra Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), one should become accustomed to the ritual of the vajra kīla. Subtle from the nose, that which is said, the nose is the tip of the nose. Subtle is the vajra kīla. Not for a moment, meaning repeatedly. Exhaling Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), that which is said, is the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) syllable combined with the breath, that is the way.
