That is, which is the lord of mantras as the self-nature of the deity, and which is the lord to be accomplished. The combination of these two is to become one. The so-called "which" is to enter which. If you do this, that sentient being will become attached to it, and even if it is separated from it for a moment, it will feel pain. Now I will explain the combination of protection. Put what is to be protected into the yogi's own body, and combine the essence of the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). "After the two lords are combined," means that the yogi and the lord to be protected are combined and made the same, that is, made without difference. This is the combination of the two lords. "Again, if all the hands are tightly grasped," means to be put inside. "Its" refers to what is to be accomplished. "The body will be protected" means that all bodies will be protected. After generating wisdom in the way it is said, now, starting from "from then on," the Mahāmudrā is taught. Because this is victorious over the three realms, it is victorious over the three realms. The one who is victorious over the three realms is also it, and the great mandala is also it, so it is the great mandala that is victorious over the three realms. Its samaya is the Mahāmudrā and so on. Its suchness is the true and unadulterated suchness of those mudras. Because that itself is the mudra, it is the mudra of the suchness of the samaya. Its wisdom is the wisdom of that realm. The so-called "should be learned" means "should be taught." Among them, first the Mahāmudrā is taught, and among those, first the mudra of the Buddha is shown. Therefore, in order to explain its way, it is said, "For whom to benefit sentient beings," and so on. The so-called "who" refers to the yogi. The so-called "for the benefit of sentient beings" means to subdue sentient beings. "In the manner of the Vajradhātu," means in the manner shown by the Vajradhātu. So what is that manner spoken of by the Vajradhātu? It is the distinction of each mind, and so on.

The order. The principle of the Vajra Realm is that after remembering the Buddha, it is called contemplating oneself as the body of the Buddha. If you do this, what will happen? That is the meaning of becoming a Buddha. The powerful and Uma, etc., show the great mudra of Vajra Hum. The powerful and Uma are written on the ground and pressed down in this way, just as the Blessed One Vajra Hum presses down, so press down in this way. Who presses? The mantra practitioner. In what way does he abide and press down in this way? According to the order in which it was written. This is what is shown: Utpala (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,utpala,Utpala) is the color of great blue radiance, and so on. The Bodhisattva's hand seal is the Vajra Hum hand seal, which the yogi should practice. This is also bound by this, and just by generating it in this way, one will overcome the three realms. This is what it shows: just the syllable Hum (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,hūṃ,Hum) causes all the gods, including the great gods, to fall, and restores, destroys, and gives life again, so it will be equal to Vajra Hum. Having thus shown the great mudra of the Buddha and the great mudra of Vajra Hum, just as the drawing is drawn, and so on, it shows the comparison of the rest. Just as the drawing is drawn, and so on, it is taken as the appearance of frowning eyebrows and contracting angry wrinkles. Body, speech, and mind are bound by the Vajra, the Bodhisattva's hand seal. That is, with the body, one should contemplate the appearance of their bodies, and with the speech, one should recite their mantras. With the mind, one should generate their pride, so all three should bind the great mudra of the Bodhisattva with something like a Vajra. Having thus shown the great mudra, now, in order to show the fruits of these, it is said from these, and so on. After that, it means after that. These refer to the great mudras, and so on. From the explanation, it means
