The action is through the door of Vajra speech, because it prevents all verbal elaboration. The one called "Extremely Subduing Demons" is through the door of Vajra action, because by entering into the unsurpassed offering, by the power of accumulating immeasurable collections of merit, he subdues all demons. The one called "Supreme of All" is through the door of Vajra protection, because he protects all, therefore he is supreme. The one called "Knowing Equality" is through the door of Vajra Yaksha, because he equally devours all, or makes all fearful. The one called "Going Everywhere" is through the door of Vajra Fist, because he is engaged in perfectly gathering all mudras. Now, praise is made through the door of the four Hum mantras, beginning with "Sangye Hum." The first is the Hum of the Buddha Bhagavan, hence it is called "Sangye Hum," because it is for emananting the heroes of the mandala, therefore praise is made through this door. This "Hum" syllable shows the four Hum mantras, for summoning, entering, binding, and controlling all Tathagatas, therefore praise is made through this door, this is the second. Mentioning "Vajra Hum" is holding the heart essence of the King of Desire, through whom he summons all the lords of the three realms and their retinues to the front of the mandala and establishes them, therefore praise is made through this door, this is the third. The one called "Subduer" is the lord of all three realms, निश्चित (Sanskrit Devanagari, niścita, certain) the one who harms is the one who makes Hum, through whom he subdues all the lords of the three realms, therefore praise is made through this door, this is the fourth. The one called "Vajra All Limbs" refers to summoning to the feet, because in order to suppress, he summons the lords of the three realms with both feet and places them under the feet of Vajrapani, praise is made through this door, this is the fifth. "Vajra Fierce" is the mantra of subduing by causing to descend, praise is made through this door, this is the sixth. This fierce mantra is also the question of how Vajrapani should act, and the Bhagavan's answer of "you should act in this way," it is the question and prophecy including the mantra.

Both should be held together. Vajrapani, I prostrate to you. This is known as praising by holding the qualities as previously stated. The reason for 'prostration' is that the mind, which is like a vajra, is called Vajrapani. Therefore, the very mind of all Buddhas is Vajrapani, so it is said to prostrate to him. Since all qualities arise from the mind, it is appropriate to prostrate. 'Offering' means to establish the supreme one who is victorious over the three realms as the one in power with flowers and so on. 'Recitation' refers to stringing rosaries and so on, in order to completely accomplish the desired meaning. To be done by the Tathagata as a service. This refers to the intention of the Tathagatas to subdue the unruly, not to subdue the violent with peaceful means. Therefore, service is performed by laying out mats and so on. Because the vajra mind is steadfast. This refers to dispelling the doubts of those who question why the Tathagatas should prostrate to Vajrapani and so on. Therefore, it is said, 'Because the vajra mind is steadfast.' The mind of the Buddhas is said to be Vajrasattva. Therefore, perfect enlightenment depends on you. Thus it is said. How does perfect enlightenment depend on you? Because you are the father of all seers. Thus it is said. How can I be the father? All the Tathagatas of the past and future are accomplished by you. Thus it is said. This shows that the seed of the tree of Buddhas, past and future, is the mind of enlightenment. In the 'Noble Array of Trees Sutra,' it is also said: 'Son of good family, the mind of enlightenment is like the seed of all the Buddha's teachings.' And so on, as it is said. 'You accomplish' means you cause it to be obtained, because attaining Buddhahood depends on the mind of enlightenment. King of merit

English
This "by" refers to the hundred and eight names just mentioned. The so-called "extreme devotion" refers to being very devout. The so-called "praising" means to please, and praising in this way will bring great merit. Not only is it praise, but there is also the saying "singing praise," that is, if someone praises with verses or songs, then he will also become like Vajradhara. After praising the hundred and eight names as mentioned above, now with the phrase "Lord of all Buddhas," etc., he makes a request in order to generate his own family, that is, "Lord of all Buddhas" refers to attracting, incorporating, binding, and mastering all Buddhas. Protector refers to the mind of saving all sentient beings, so he is the protector. Petition refers to first making a petition with a respectful attitude. Because it is for the sake of accomplishing the deeds of all Buddhas, it is "meaning," which is the meaning of petition. Because it is for the benefit of all sentient beings, it is "sentient beings' meaning." Because the benefit of all sentient beings is needed, it is "need sentient beings' meaning." Therefore, it is said, "Please generate your own family." This is a request. The so-called "after that" refers to immediately following. Because he abides in the samadhi that surpasses the three realms, he is the lord of all Tathagatas. This deity's hand holds the vajra, so he is Vajrapani, that is, glorious Vajrasattva. The so-called "after hearing the words of prayer of all the Tathagatas" refers to after the prayer. The so-called "that vajra" refers to giving the conceptualization of the Mahayana Abhisamaya. The so-called "in one's own heart" refers to placing it in the position of the heart. The so-called "all those Tathagatas" refers to those who are praying. The so-called "calling" refers to summoning. The so-called "saying thus," then how is it said? Therefore, it is said, "The Blessed One, the Tathagata, does not desire," meaning "does not do."
