那么，如何在外部进行观修呢？“手臂弯曲成铁钩”这句话的意思是，伸出右臂，弯曲手掌，使其像铁钩一样。观想头顶上的金刚杵。这句话的意思是在自己的头顶上观想三尖金刚杵。用手发出召唤。这句话的意思是，左手摇动手铃，同时用真言念诵其名。铁钩母也进行勾召。这句话的意思是，用右手四指抓住位于其心髓中的月轮，观想勾召和成就月轮，并确信它一定会到来。加持等剩余的仪轨，应在此处以及下面的修法中了解。以射箭的方式，这句话的意思是，就像某人射箭一样，以与之相似的协调步伐、萨嘎坐姿、圆形坐姿、右伸和左伸这五种方式坐着，就像射箭一样。其中，协调步伐是指双脚并拢，没有间隙，身体保持正直。萨嘎坐姿是指双脚分开约三指宽，身体保持正直。圆形坐姿是指双膝向两侧弯曲，间隔约四指宽，这样就变成了圆形坐姿。弯曲左腿，将右膝向后伸展至舒适的程度，就变成了右伸。弯曲右腿，将左腿向前伸展至适当的程度，就变成了左伸。以任何一种这样的姿势安住，观想以从弓上射箭的方式，用带有花尖的箭，射向要成就的心间的月轮。射出后，这句话的意思是，观想月轮因箭尖上的花的颜色而变成红色。自己，这句话的意思是咒师。金刚喜女，这句话的意思是金刚贪欲的明妃。以魔的方式使之欢喜。

Then, how should one meditate externally? "The arm is bent into a hook" means that the right arm is extended, and the hand is bent to resemble a hook. Meditate on the vajra on the head. This means to meditate on a three-pointed vajra on one's own head. With the hand, one makes a summoning. This means that the left hand shakes a handbell, and the essence is also spoken from its name. The hook-lady also attracts. This means that the lunar mandala located in its essence is held with the four fingers of the right hand, and one should contemplate that attracting and accomplishing the lunar mandala will surely come. The remaining rituals, such as blessings, should be understood in this practice and in the ones below. In the manner of shooting an arrow, this means that, like someone shooting an arrow, one sits in five ways similar to it: harmonious steps, the Saga posture, the round posture, the right extension, and the left extension. One should do as if shooting an arrow. Among them, harmonious steps are when the two feet are aligned together without any gap, and the body is kept straight. The Saga posture is when the two feet are separated by about three fingers' width, and the body is kept straight. The round posture is when the two knees are bent to both sides, and the gap is about four fingers' width, which becomes the round posture. Bending the left leg and stretching the right knee back to a comfortable extent becomes the right extension. Bending the right leg and stretching the left leg forward to a suitable extent becomes the left extension. Remaining in any such posture, one should contemplate shooting the lunar mandala of the heart to be accomplished with an arrow with a flower tip in the manner of shooting an arrow from a bow. After shooting, this means to contemplate that the lunar mandala becomes red in color due to the color of the flower located on the tip of the arrow. Oneself, this means the mantra practitioner. Vajra Joyful Woman, this means the consort of Vajra Desire. Pleasing her in the manner of a demon.

如是，即是以天女金刚贪欲母之形相而令欢喜。于“我的身体”等句中，无论何时，若欲守护任何咒师，则彼时依从秘密坛城中所说之仪轨，做稳固誓言等一切。观想彼有情，或家宅、或村落、或城市、或任何地域，进入我的身体中。于自身心间交叉双臂而系缚。如何系缚耶？以结金刚拳之二拳，将金刚左拳置于腋下。然后以右（拳）按压左手腕，将左（拳）置于腋窝下，此乃于心间交叉双臂。所谓“以金刚铠甲之方式”，即是言说依薄伽梵金刚铠甲之结合而守护。所谓“甚至能守护佛陀自身”，即是宣说此语：能守护一切。如是，只要交叉双臂并诵持心咒而安住，则彼（所守护者）即被守护。甚至具诸根之天神亦不能作任何损害。于身体手印之后，宣说观看之手印。金刚秘密已说竟。所谓“当学观看手印之智慧”，以其为观看之手印之故，是为观看之手印。以其为彼之智慧之故，是为观看手印之智慧。学彼，即是示现。所谓“金刚观看”，即是观看之手印。彼之体性，即是“以贪欲”等句。贪欲即是欲望。由彼所生之极喜，即是以贪欲而极喜。喜悦即是心之安乐。以彼（喜悦）而极度张大眼睛并作（此手印），彼观看之手印为何？即是“以贪欲，喜悦而眼极度张大”。所谓“恒常”，即是“ निश्चित （藏文：ངེས་པར་，梵文天城体：निश्चित，梵文罗马拟音：niścita，汉语字面意思： निश्चित ）”之义。所谓“极速地”，即是极其快速，是为极速，即是敏捷之义。以极度催动眼睛之故，是为转动眼睛。所谓“使眼睫毛颤动”，睫毛即是眼睛的睫毛。以彼（睫毛）而于何处颤动，即是“眼睫毛颤动”。

Thus, it is to please the goddess Vajra-chagchampa with the form of a mother. In "My body," etc., whenever one wishes to protect any mantra practitioner, at that time, according to the rituals spoken in the secret mandala, do everything such as strengthening the vows. Imagine that sentient being, or house, or village, or city, or any region, has entered into my body. Cross the arms at one's own heart and bind them. How to bind? By binding the two vajra fists, place the vajra left fist under the armpit. Then press the left forearm with the right (fist), and place the left (fist) under the armpit. This is crossing the arms at the heart. "In the manner of vajra armor," means to protect by performing the union of Bhagavan Vajra Armor. "Even the Buddha himself is protected," means to show this statement: one will be able to protect everything. As long as one crosses one's arms and recites the essence and remains, one will be protected. Even the gods with their senses will not be able to do anything. After the body mudra, the viewing mudra is shown. The vajra secret has been explained. "The wisdom of the viewing mudra should be learned," because it is the viewing mudra, it is the viewing mudra. Because it is its wisdom, it is the wisdom of the viewing mudra. Learning it is showing it. "Vajra viewing" is the viewing mudra. Its characteristic is "with desire," etc. Desire is desire. The great joy that arises from it is great joy with desire. Joy is the ease of mind. What is the viewing mudra that makes the eyes wide open with it? It is "With desire, the eyes are wide open with joy." "Always" means the meaning of " निश्चित （藏文：ངེས་པར་，梵文天城体：निश्चित，梵文罗马拟音：niścita，汉语字面意思： निश्चित ）". "Very quickly" means very quickly, which is very quickly, which means agile. Because the eyes are urged very much, the eyes are moved. "To make the eyelashes flutter" means that the eyelashes are the eyelashes of the eyes. Where does it flutter with it? It is "the eyelashes flutter."
