Śuddhaḥ sarva dharmā (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit: sarva dharmā, literal meaning: all phenomena) is called, or the essence of all actions. Sarva kari (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit: sarva kari, literal meaning: all doers) is called the mantra that offers to all castes. By reciting either of these two, the offerings are completely purified. By touching the essence of the outer goddesses, such as incense, and possessing their karma mudras, one generates respect and reverence to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. One should verbally express and offer, either individually or simultaneously, and then make offerings. The order of offering is as follows: first incense, then flowers, then lamps, and finally anointing oil. The intention behind these offerings is as stated, to abide in a form like that of a goddess, and to examine how to make offerings with a special form of substances that completely pleases as many as the dust particles of the world, in a good and respectful manner. Then, even if they do not actually come, offer their images. Even if everything is not available, by binding the karma mudras of each of those goddesses and reciting the essence, one should imagine that the rain of extreme sweetness and satisfaction to the honored ones completely fills the entire expanse of the sky without interruption. An objector says: If one hears that by actually arranging these forms of offerings, one experiences the complete ripening of vast fruits of merit, then what happens if these are not available and these methods are practiced? The answer is: By these, one can certainly offer even more excellently, and so on. They say that the merit is the same as making actual offerings. Thus, after the offering comes praise. In this regard, all the characteristics of praise are said to be the cause of delighting, but especially, one should also praise the Tathagatas with the hundred names of praise spoken in the later and later tantras. Or, if one wishes to please the wisdom deities of the Tathagata family, one should praise them with the hundred and eight names of praise that come from the Abhisamaya-alamkara of the Mahayana. With the Tathagata as the main focus.

One's own deity refers to the deity that one meditates on and accomplishes, and to praise all those who have become its retinue. These two "One Hundred and Eight Names Stotras" refer to the two types of praise to the Tathagatas and the Bodhisattvas of their families, and it should also be known that they come from the "Compendium of Reality Tantra" itself. Now, in order to fully accomplish one's own needs, it will be shown to praise and prostrate to the four Chakravartins of the four families. To this, the opponent asks: Can't all needs be accomplished by praising and prostrating to the Tathagatas and all the deities of the Tathagata family? If it can be accomplished, then its meaning has already been fully explained. If it cannot be accomplished, then can these alone accomplish what even the masses cannot do? The answer is: That is also true. However, in order for those deities to accomplish what is desired in the same way through the door of faith, this is shown. What is it? Here, it also says "the vows of one's own tantra" and so on. The vows of one's own tantra refer to transforming oneself into a Samaya-sattva. Not being subdued means to prevent one's own Samaya-sattva from being subdued by others. Prostrations to the glorious Vajrasattva, the Chakravartin of the Akshobhya family. Similarly, obtaining empowerment to become a Dharma King means performing the activity of empowerment with precious ornaments, having dominion over all Dharmas of the world and beyond, in order to obtain the empowerment of the great Dharma King Tathagata, the nature of sovereignty. Explaining the profound and vast Sutra Pitaka refers to generating in oneself the ability to explain to others the twelve categories of scriptures such as the Mother Sutras, or all the Dharma of scriptures and reasoning such as the Prajnaparamita, and in order to accomplish the power to benefit all sentient beings, it refers to accomplishing the power to benefit them as the beings of the three realms desire.
