་འབྱོར་པས་བླ་མའི་གདམས་ངག་གིས་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་ཕབ་ཅིང་ལུས་ལ་འགྲེམས་ནུས་ན། ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ཟད་ཅིང་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོའི་རང་བཞིན་དུ་གྱུར་ནས་ནད་དང་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ལ་སོགས་པ་མེད་ཅིང་ཕྱི་དང་ནང་གི་དངོས་པོ་གང་ཡང་ཡིད་ ལ་མི་བྱེད་དོ། །མ་ནི་མཱུ་ལ་སྟེ་རྩ་བའོ། །ཅིའི་རྩ་བ་ཡིན་ཞེ་ན། ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་གཞི་མའམ་རྩ་བ་ལྟ་བུ་ལྷན་ཅིག་སྐྱེས་པའི་ཡིད་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་ཏེ། དཔལ་ལྡན་བླ་མ་དམ་པ་མཉེས་པར་བྱས་པ་ལས་རྟོགས་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། གཞན་པོས་ནི་རྟོགས་པར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །མ་ནི་མཱུ་ལ་སྟེ་རྩ་བའོ། །ཅིའི་རྩ་བ་ཡིན་ཞེ་ན། བློ་དང་སེམས་ཀྱི་རྩ་བ་སྟེ། གལ་ཏེ་བློ་དང་སེམས་གཉིས་དབྱེར་མེད་པར་གཅིག་ཏུ་བྱེད་ནུས་ན། དེ་ལ་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་ཞེས་བྱའོ་ཞེས་པའོ། །གང་ཤི་ན་སེམས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་པར་རྟོག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞེས་པས་ན་ཤི་བའོ། །དེའི་ཚེ་ཅིར་འགྱུར་ཞེ་ན། རང་དང་གཞན་དུ་འཛིན་པའི་རྣམ་པར་རྟོག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཆོད་ནས་གཅིག་ཏུ་གྱུར་པའོ། །མའི་དོན་ཏོ། །ཡ་ནི་ཡ་བིང་སྟེ་གང་ཚེའོ། །གང་གི་ཚེ་དང་ཐིག་ལེ་འདིར་འདྲེས་ནས་གཅིག་ཏུ་གྱུར་པའོ། །དེའི་ཚེ་ན་ཡོ་གི་ནཱི་སྟེ་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མའོ། །རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ་ནི་ལྷན་ཅིག་སྐྱེས་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་སོ། །ལྷན་ཅིག་སྐྱེས་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་དོན་མངོན་དུ་རྟོགས་པས་ན་སྒྲའོ། །ཡ་ནི་ཡེ་སེང་སྟེ་ཇི་ལྟར་རོ། །གང་དང་གང་ཇི་ལྟར་བསམས་ཀྱང་དེ་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་དེ། དེའི་ཕྱི་རོལ་དུ་གྱུར་པ་ནི་གང་ཡང་མེད་དོ་ཞེས་དགོངས་པའོ། །དེའི་ཚེ་ན་ཡ་ནི་ཡ་མ་སྟེ་སྐྱེ་བའོ། །སྐྱེ་བ་དང་འཆི་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་འཇིགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་མེད་དོ་ཞེས་དགོངས་སོ། །ཡའི་དོན་ཏོ། །ར་ནི་ར་བི་སྟེ་ཉི་མའོ། །ཤ་སི་ནི་ཟླ་བ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་རྣམ་པ་གཉིས་སོ། །གང་གི་ཚེ་ཉི་མ་དང་ཟླ་བ་གཉིས་འདྲེས་ཤིང་གཅིག་ཏུ་གྱུར་ན། ལྷན་ཅིག་སྐྱེས་པའི་དོན་རྟོགས་པར་འགྱུར་བས་ན། དེའི་ཚེ་ནམ་མཁའ་བཞིན་དུ་ཤི་བ་མེད་ཅེས་པ་སྟེ། སྐྱེ་ཤི་མེད་པ་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་འཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་བའོ། །ར་ནི་ར་བི་སྟེ་ཉི་མའོ། །ཉི་མ་དང་ཟླ་བ་གཉིས་རོ་མཉམ་པར་འགྱུར་བས་ན་བདེ་བ་སྐྱེ་ལ། དེ་ལ་རྣམ་པར་མི་རྟོག་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྐྱེའོ། །ཤིན་དུ་མཛེས་པ་ནི་ཇི་ལྟ་བའི་དོན་རྟོགས་པས་སོ། །ར་ནི་ར་ས་ནཱ་སྟེ་སྣ་བུག་གཡས་པའི་རྩ་གསལ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་རྣམ་པར་དག་པ་ཉི་མ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་དམར་པོ་ཐབས་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་སྲོག་གི་རླུང་རྒྱུ་བ་སྟེ་རོ་མའོ། །ལ་ལ་ནཱ་སྟེ་སྣ་བུག་གཡོན་པའི་རྩ་དབྱངས

If a yogi can, through the guru's instructions, bring forth the mind of enlightenment and spread it throughout the body, then afflictions will cease, and it will transform into the nature of great bliss, thus being without illness and suffering, and without clinging to any external or internal phenomena in the mind. "Ma" is "Mula," meaning root. What is the root? Like the foundation or root of all dharmas, it is the nature of the co-emergent mind. It should be realized through pleasing the glorious and holy guru; others cannot realize it, that is its meaning. "Ma" is "Mula," meaning root. What is the root? It is the root of intellect and mind. If one can inseparably unite intellect and mind, then that is called a yogi. If something dies, all the mind's conceptual thoughts die, so it is said to die. What will happen at that time? All conceptual thoughts that grasp self and other will be cut off and become one. That is the meaning of "Ma." "Ya" is "Yabing," meaning when. When does the bindu merge with this and become one? At that time, it is "Yogini," meaning yogini. Yogini is co-emergent wisdom. Because the meaning of co-emergent wisdom is directly realized, it is "Sgra." "Ya" is "Yeseng," meaning how. However one thinks, it is just that, and there is nothing beyond that, that is his thought. At that time, "Ya" is "Yama," meaning birth. He thinks that all fears, such as birth and death, are also gone. That is the meaning of "Ya." "Ra" is "Ravi," meaning sun. "Shasi" is the moon, the two aspects of the mind of enlightenment. When the sun and moon merge and become one, then the meaning of co-emergence will be realized. Therefore, at that time, there is no death like the sky, that is to say, the unborn and undying "Mahamudra" will be attained. "Ra" is "Ravi," meaning sun. When the sun and moon become of equal taste, then bliss arises, and from that, non-conceptual wisdom arises. It is very beautiful because the meaning of suchness is realized. "Ra" is "Rasana," meaning the right nostril channel, which is pure, is the sun, is the red mind of enlightenment, is the nature of skillful means, is the path through which the life force flows, that is, Roma. "Lalana" is the left nostril channel.
