Dissolves into it. At that time, self and other appear equal. What is the use of striving to practice meditation? In one examination, many sects can be seen. The future is not seen, nor is it seen in the past. By one's own desire, one's own awareness becomes clear. Self-nature is destroyed, and it is also contrary to others. The protector, I, possesses the face of oneness. With home and home, that tenet is accomplished. By eating one, all others become satisfied. Placed inside and going outside, searching for the householder. Even searching, it is not seen, nor is it there in the future. Even if dwelling within, it is not known by it. The meaning of this is: Just as if salt is put into water, it dissolves into it and becomes salty, so in the state of mind's own nature being pure, if the salt of the characteristic of conceptualizing things is placed, then things dissolve into it and become the taste of great bliss. At that time, self and other appear equal, without difference. Thus, for the effort and combination of things not realized, what is the use of striving to practice meditation, only increasing bondage. In the original meaning, in that very examination of Suchness, examining with different cognitions, many sects can be seen. If asked whether it can be seen, then like the behavior of children, like measuring the sky, examining in vain, but in that very Suchness, the future is not coming, nor is it seen in the past. The desire of the Mind-Only school is to proclaim the establishment of one's own self-luminous nature by the power of one's own desire, which is like the self of the non-Buddhists. Therefore, self-nature is destroyed, and it is also contrary to others such as the Middle Way. The meaning of being free from negation and affirmation is that the Dharma-body protector, the nature of great bliss, the ordinary consciousness, alone possesses the face of self-nature. Those also establish the tenet of being free from negation and affirmation from the home of the instructions of the holy guru and the home of one's own experience. This is the unconditioned meaning, that alone is eaten in the manner of truly experiencing, then the remaining tenet, all become satisfied. This is self-born wisdom, those householders are placed within the depths of one's own wisdom, walking outwards, relying on the power of terms, the home
