The aforementioned mind is also like that. Those who say that we have realized the supreme meaning of Madhyamaka, but in reality it is a realization unrelated to the holy ones, that is, the so-called "A Ai." Those people are like an army wielding sharp arrows, openly declaring that they cannot attain the Dharmakaya and other liberations. Therefore, it is necessary to instruct them. In this way, the wrong views that external asceticism cannot liberate are refuted indirectly. Now, in order to show that liberation cannot be attained by the Prajnaparamita that is separated from bliss alone, there is the following verse: "False asceticism makes the body uncomfortable, False thoughts are not true liberation." Its meaning is: All those who do not possess the innate nature of great bliss are in false asceticism. They are called "Kakala Pasataha Zana." Its meaning is: Bound by conceptual thoughts, one cannot attain great bliss. Why? Because the Dharmakaya, the most supreme of all fruits, naturally abides in the nature of great bliss, and does not abide in the edge of suffering even for a moment, which refers to the nature of mind itself. These ascetic practices torment the body, therefore, because the mind relies on the body, the mind cannot attain happiness. This is because the Dharmakaya is tormented, leading to the exhaustion of the fruit, so it is false asceticism. Mind, that is, the wisdom of awareness, distinguishes what should be abandoned and what should be practiced, which is wisdom with conceptual thoughts, and is itself suffering. Why? Because suffering and unhappiness in samsara arise from conceptual thoughts. Those with thoughts of abandonment and acceptance are false thoughts. Why? Because the innate Suchness has not been realized, and Suchness is the self-pacification of all elaborations, and even the expression of Suchness should be indirectly cut off. This is the general explanation. Now, it will be explained in a separate way, that is, the narrow-minded Shravaka practitioners make the body uncomfortable through fasting and other ascetic practices, although they are sure of the emptiness of the person, they are attached to the self of phenomena, although they know that what is taken is without self-nature, they do not know that what can be taken is also without self-nature.
