Such is the meaning. To attain the two Great Vehicles. Thus it is said. The No-Appearance Madhyamaka school is also acknowledged by Lāva's Nāthas and others. As it is said by him: The stains born from grasping, Obscure the self-nature without distinction, Like a clear crystal ball of intelligence, Because of appearing in the form of others, How extremely skilled ones, Thus this itself, Appears as two. Because of the mind's appearance being confused, What is grasped and self-grasping are different. Marks and so on, the entirety of self-nature, Therefore appear as three actions. Grasping in meaning and faith in meaning, Those who possess emptiness, The appearance of meaning showing self-nature and, The object of holding onto things with a distorted meaning, In one, like a single elephant, The form of illusion transforms, The meaning of the elephant and its appearance, For the wise, that is not real. Examining self-nature and so on, How should one know them number by number? Perfected wisdom, Is the nature of all things being of one taste, Without beginning or end and without parts, Without appearance and without object of grasping, Self-awareness appears as discrimination. Discrimination is the cause of others, That itself is the ultimate truth, Discrimination is what is reversed. In ultimate truth, regarding discrimination, The wise are not stained by the dirt of discrimination. Whether it is virtuous or non-virtuous, Why are discriminations different? Those are observed in order to clarify them. Again, emptiness in that, Why are all views made, Emptiness thoroughly distinguishes, Abandoning what is grasped and the grasper. If emptiness is shown, That is like the way of a single stick, How does it become different? It is said not to abide in self-awareness, Therefore, out of fear, the capable one, Having shown all phenomena, Shows the power of emptiness itself. Having thoroughly examined the equality of all things, Having liberated the mind with the view of the subtle, Those who distinguish between the Buddha and outsiders, One cannot find and speaks of emptiness. Such as saying and so on. The practitioners of yoga who speak of no appearance also acknowledge that perfected consciousness, The nature of the emptiness of what is grasped and what is held is not non-existent. The Madhyamaka school that speaks of no appearance says that the perfected is also the nature of the conventional of yoga, Unborn in ultimate truth.

This is the very distinction. Therefore, because of having characteristics and lacking characteristics, one should not take it as a guru if one wants to know suchness. Why is the Madhyamaka school also characterized by having characteristics? It is not the very arising of non-characteristics, but because it depends on consciousness. These are definitely the Prajnaparamita and others that show the meaning, and there is not the slightest indication of knowledge. Why is the consciousness without form, etc., said to be emptiness? However, how is consciousness empty by the nature of consciousness? Likewise, form, etc., are also spoken of in the same way. Where the mind-only is shown, even here, because form depends on everything, in order to prevent attachment to form, it is the meaning of definitive meaning. As it is said in the sutra: Various forms are seen by the mind, and nowhere are external objects seen. In order to prevent those who are extremely attached to form, this is also for the sake of definitive meaning. The teacher has also shown the meaning of definitive meaning, and the sutras and others have also distinguished it. In order to show the meaning of definitive meaning, these teachings are like a skillful combination of medicinal ingredients for those who are suffering from illness. Likewise, the Buddha shows the mind-only to sentient beings. So it is said. Therefore, aggregates, elements, sources, and elements are not different by classification. Not from oneself, not from another, not from both, not without cause. For any thing, there is never any birth. Nature is non-existent, because it is unborn, how can it arise from itself? Because nature is unestablished, it cannot arise from another. Relying on oneself becomes another, and on another becomes oneself. The meaning of dependence is established by them. It is shown like the near shore and the far shore. Because self and other are not reasonable, there is no arising from both. There is no arising without cause anywhere. Therefore, both existence and non-existence are. Combined in the meaning of dependent origination, what is the cause of the non-existent? How does the existent arise? The nature of all things, many births are also non-existent. Therefore, the cessation of all things is unreasonable. Briefly
