Just as it is, the nature of the four elements such as earth, that is, Ya, Ra, La, and Va, are all adorned with crescent moons and bindus. The throat is the enjoyment wheel, a sixteen-petaled red lotus. In its center is the letter O with its head pointing downwards. The four petals, starting with the east, are adorned with crescent moons and bindus in the order of the four long vowels A, Āī, Āū, and Ại. The four petals starting with the powerful one are similarly Ya, Ra, La, and Va. In the center of the eyebrows is a thirty-two-petaled lotus of various colors. In its pistil is the letter Ham with its head pointing downwards. (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hang) The petals starting with the east, skipping one by one, are adorned with sixteen vowel letters with crescent moons and bindus. In this, in the emanation wheel, the first vowel letter is the letter A, in the form of a stick. It is called burning tummo. Therefore, it rises upwards, extremely thin like the silk thread of a lotus, and the letters Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) and Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) enter into Dharma and enjoyment, and the two bindus melt, becoming the wheel of great bliss. The bindu of the letter Ham melts, and then the bindu of the letter Ham melts, and again it is pervaded by the rays of light of one hundred thousandth of a hair tip, and the nature of the letter A completely enters into the bindu of the burning tummo. From the outside, that is also by tummo. That should also be practiced as before with the bindu. This is bindu yoga. Here, it similarly transforms into subtle yoga. Similarly, leaving about four fingers below the navel, from below, in a thousand rays of light, the place where the nectar bindu is about to combine, merely by the movement of the bindu, again holding the bindu, this is subtle yoga. Similarly, bindu and subtle yoga, whatever is burning tummo, should be spoken of in that way. The heart wheel facing inwards, in the heart, holding the supreme bliss of both the nature of method and wisdom, the emanation wheel possessing the thirty-two major marks and eighty minor marks, completely pure, is the nature of the sun and moon, the nature of method and wisdom, the thirty-four consonants from the letter Ka to the letter Ha, and the forty consonants that are perfectly in accordance with Ta, Da, Ya, Ra, and La, with the distinction of method and wisdom.
