One should contemplate acting in accordance with the reasons for taking vows. Those that are not broken should be kept firm. Then, the arising of the mind of enlightenment from that very force, and the firm holding of vows, etc., should also be firmly held before the noble ones. Then, one should generate the mind of entering into enlightenment, and thus one should meditate on the five stages of manifest enlightenment. Among them, first, one should briefly combine them through the gate of mirror-like wisdom. Just as in a clear mirror, images appear distinctly, so on the cause of the pure realm of phenomena, the similar mind of enlightenment, the various realms of sentient beings appear like images. Having seen this, for the sake of those beings, one should generate great compassion focused on sentient beings. Then, one should combine with the wisdom of equality, saying: "Since all phenomena are pure in their own nature, I too am utterly pure in my own nature." Having stated this, one should combine all phenomena, which are without self, with equality. Then, by reciting "Akaro mukham sarva dharmanam adyanutpannata (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: अकारोमुखंसर्वधर्माणामाद्यनुत्पन्नता, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ākāro mukhaṃ sarva dharmāṇām ādyanutpannatā, literal Chinese meaning: A is the beginning of all dharmas, unborn)," one should meditate on increasing the power of the wisdom of equality mentioned above, with the wisdom of individual discernment that realizes the nature of all phenomena as selfless, and with great compassion focused on phenomena. Then, immediately after that, one should meditate on the wisdom of the extremely pure realm of phenomena, liberated from grasping and being grasped, naturally luminous, endowed with non-objective compassion, and in accordance with it. Then, again, one should manifest the wisdom of diligent action, which is for the sake of sentient beings, devoid of action, unreasonable, transformed by the power of past aspirations and sentient beings, and with non-objective great compassion. Then, one should manifest and lead into the deeds of the Tathagatas, the nature of the two kinds of Bodhicitta, the similar result as the cause, and the interconnectedness of skillful means and wisdom. In the very nature of space, in the center of space, one should contemplate the nature of the vowels Ali (ཨཱ་ལི) and Kali (ཀཱ་ལི), like an illusion, naturally luminous like stars. From that transformation, one should contemplate the great letter Hum (ཧཱུྃ), the nature of Samantabhadra's Bodhicitta, blue in color, with a garland of light rays, intertwined with a garland of blazing wrathful ones.

Meditating on the ground, from the tip of its rays, emanate the Tathagatas, proceeding in all directions. The emanations of the Buddhas perform the work of benefit, and then return and merge into that very Hūṃ. From this transformation, it becomes the great wisdom vajra. This vajra has six legs, has color, and in its six doors reside the six Buddha-fields, such as Buddha-joy. Its blazing splendor pervades all realms, and the five-pronged wisdom vajra, which cannot be harmed by the harm of all demons, should be meditated upon. Meditate that the letter BHRŪṂ (藏文,梵文天城体BHRŪṂ,梵文罗马拟音bhrūṃ,seed syllable) inside its vase transforms into a stupa made of four kinds of jewels, its size equal to the universe of the three thousand great thousand worlds. Inside it, visualize the letter HRĪḤ (藏文,梵文天城体HRĪḤ,梵文罗马拟音hrīḥ,seed syllable) transforming into a white triangular dharma source standing upright. Above it, the letter A (藏文,梵文天城体A,梵文罗马拟音a,no literal meaning) transforms into a crossed vajra, blessing the ground as white. From this, visualize a palace made of stacked vajra jewels, transformed from the letter BHRŪṂ (藏文,梵文天城体BHRŪṂ,梵文罗马拟音bhrūṃ,seed syllable). Its characteristics are as described in the "Glorious Gathering" and others, and the great Vajradhatu mandala should be expanded. On the central seat, the great Vairocana, whose body is white, fully arises from the letter A (藏文,梵文天城体A,梵文罗马拟音a,no literal meaning), possessing all the marks and signs, with a hair-knot as a head ornament, and possessing the supreme mudra of enlightenment, is the basic Buddha. In his heart, the first Manjushri Buddha, born from the letter DHĪḤ (藏文,梵文天城体DHĪḤ,梵文罗马拟音dhīḥ,wisdom), has five faces and topknots, and possesses five colors: blue in the east, yellow in the south, red in the west, green in the north, and the peaceful white face above the head. Adorned with the ornaments of a child. Possessing a graceful posture, wearing various kinds of skirts. The four of the eight hands hold the Prajnaparamita in one hundred thousand verses, divided into four volumes, at the heart, and the others hold the sword of wisdom. The Buddha on the seat and the wisdom bodhisattvas who appear below should be understood to transform into their respective lineages by the power of faith. In the heart of the first Buddha, the wheel of wisdom should be meditated upon, which is the letter A (藏文,梵文天城体A,梵文罗马拟音a,no literal meaning).
