Various suitable substances, as well as flowers without dust, along with milk and rice, and three kinds of food mixed with meat and sugar, should also be placed. Then, the practitioner, with the pride of a deity, visualizes above the lotus arising from the syllables in the water of the vessels, and again visualizes the syllables with their respective colors, from which the water deities of their respective colors are completely transformed, possessing crowns of serpent heads, and each holding a lasso and an Utpala flower in their hands. Then, from one's own heart, rays of light corresponding to their respective directions radiate, and one visualizes inviting from the four directions water deities in the same form as before. Recite: Om Varuna Deva Datta Akarshaya Jah Hum Vam Hoh. Then, scatter flowers in the offering vessels, and visualize these water deities as inseparable from the water deities visualized before, residing on lotus seats in the ocean of milk. Then, burn fragrant incense and scatter it in the four directions. Light butter lamps made from clarified butter in the four directions, and sprinkle perfume mixed with white sandalwood in all directions. Then, first scatter flowers, and recite: Om Varuna Deva Dattaya Svaha. By offering with this secret mantra, visualize a great garden of flowers forming in the ocean of milk. By offering incense with the same secret mantra, visualize clouds of the nature of jewels forming there. Then, sprinkle the livestock with the same secret mantra, and as nectar rain falls from the clouds, visualize them feeling very happy and satisfied. Similarly, by offering butter lamps, visualize a wish-fulfilling jewel, radiant with light, residing on the crown of the head, free from the fear of falling from the sky. Similarly, by offering the three whites and the three sweets and other substances with the same secret mantra, visualize them transforming into a collection of desired qualities corresponding to their respective substances, and feeling pleased. Then, scatter flowers into the water, and say: Great water deity, please know! All water is your nature, and all that I offer to the water, as well as all your retinue, are satisfied. Please also be pleased with us and grant us accomplishments. Then, again

From his heart, rays of wisdom light emanated, summoning the assembly of nagas from the four directions. Specifically, in the east, visualize a gathering of many kings resembling children, white in color, holding both male and female aspects. Similarly, in the south, they are yellowish-brown, with the appearance of Brahmins. In the west, they are reddish-brown, with the appearance of young children. In the north, they have the appearance of animals, transforming into black pigs, black frogs, and black oxen, among others. Recite: OM SARVA PANNAGA PHUH PHUH AKARSHAYA JAH HUM BAM HOH (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་པན་ནཱ་ག་ཕུཿ་ཕུཿ་ཨཱ་ཀཪྵ་ཡ་ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्वपन्नाग फुः फुः आकर्षय जः हूँ बं होः, Sanskrit Romanized: oṃ sarva pannāga phuḥ phuḥ ākarṣaya jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, all, naga, phu, phu, attract, jah, hum, bam, hoh). Join the palms of the hands, with the two middle fingers aligned and raised. Extend the remaining fingers outward, forming a lotus shape. This is the samaya mudra that pleases all nagas. By inviting them with this, visualize them gathering in the four great oceans of milk in the four directions. Then, visualize them becoming one in nature with the water deities, residing as retinue and principal. Sprinkle with scented water, visualizing the directions becoming extremely pure. Then, offer them as you would offer water, following the order of offerings, and accompanied by the same mudra. Recite: OM SARVA PANNAGA PHUH PHUH SARVA PUJA MEGHA SAMAYE SVAHA (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་པན་ནཱ་ག་ཕུཿ་ཕུཿ་སརྦ་པཱུ་ཛ་མེ་གྷ་ས་མ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्वपन्नाग फुः फुः सर्वपूज मेघ समये स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanized: oṃ sarva pannāga phuḥ phuḥ sarva pūja megha samaye svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, all, naga, phu, phu, all, offering, cloud, time, svaha). While reciting, keep in mind what was said earlier, making them feel pleased. After that, do not dismiss them. Continue in this way for three, five, or seven days. Then, have an excellent practice companion return to his previous dwelling and write the name and lineage of the person to be cursed on buckwheat paper or regular paper. Write like this: "This person, so-and-so, residing in such-and-such place, is of evil nature, harms virtue, and is arrogant. In the past, he has also obstructed us. Now, he is obstructing our offering to the great nagas. This is not only an insult to us, but also an insult to you who possess power, despising, killing, and harming you. Therefore, this person should be seized by you." After writing this, roll it into a tube of copper or iron, and wrap it with black thread. Then, melt it with a fire mixed with black guggul and pine resin, and wrap it around the colored thread of the person to be cursed.
