Like that, how many are the actions of summoning and so on? Having spoken of the complete purification of the actions of the body in this way, then speaking of speech, beginning with "thereafter" and so on. Among them, seeing those who are subdued by falsehood, after using all the rituals, say: "Beneficial words are vajra words." This means that it is completely true. Just like that, it is true that it is solely beneficial to others, and there is no other because there is no benefit. Thus it is said. Therefore, not being stained by joy, the speech of the sky is immaculate. Thus it is said. Explain the meaning as it is. This means that from the seed syllables of the three vajras, for that meaning, one should perform explanation and gathering, etc., and in the later scriptures it says: "Recite and explain yourself." Thus it is said. The remaining vows of speech are spoken, beginning with "thereafter" and so on. Here also, to those who are subdued by it, one speaks after using all the rituals. "Etc." refers to gathering false speech and divisive speech. The actions of the mind are not for the sake of others, but refer to harming minds, etc., which are only afflictions, so they are not generated, and even if they arise due to circumstances, as explained in the later scriptures, one should meditate on the form of a deity. That is a common practice, not a mantra practice. The meaning of those is also spoken by Bhadrapada: "For the benefit of beings, as much as possible." Up to "That realization is not in wisdom." Four and a half verses are spoken. Now in the fifth chapter, even if doubts are dispelled, in a way that is difficult to believe, it speaks of eliminating the astonishing arguments. Beginning with "thereafter" and so on. The vajra of vows refers to the essence of the earth. All the Tathagatas refer to the retinue, which has been spoken of before. Because the actual inferior words were not asked, the inferior concept was spoken. The meaning here is that, like the sky, it is unstained and does not abide, and for the thoughts of sentient beings, such as hatred, it is said because it transforms into meaning. The example of the fire flint is that, although it does not abide, the appearance of the fruit as spoken is also not deceiving. The ultimate truth refers to the actions of meditation, those that are taken by selflessness. That is also said in the later scriptures: "All things are like illusions." And also, it is repeatedly said in this scripture itself. That alone means that it must be determined, just like that, oneself is not by sin

Therefore, secrets and so on must be guarded. That's it. The ninth chapter is finished. Chapter Ten: Commentary on "Encouraging the Essence of All Tathagatas" Now, having heard the signs of the noble one through peaceful practice, the chapter that mainly shows fierceness is spoken, starting from "then" and so on. "Gathering" means having made offerings. "Mantra" refers to the deities, and gathering all their essence refers to the number of fierce rituals. "Great accomplishment" refers to the supreme accomplishment. "Its method" refers to the means. "Its excellence" refers to fierceness, and "great" refers to being mainly spoken, the common methods are also excellent. It should be understood in this way. "Truthful" refers to the meaning of cause and effect, and that is also asking about the fruits that appear below, because the words of the Buddhas, without prior inquiry, are not reasonable. The ocean of all afflictions is the five lineages. Its lord, etc. Among them, mainly speaking of practice with body, speech, and mind, etc., similarly symbolizing this with other methods, if the practitioner does not achieve it, this is the meaning of connection. A hundred thousand kotis of wisdom refers to the methods of benefiting sentient beings such as peace, and this is also what Good Feet said. "Separately encourage peace, etc." and so on, rosary mantras are also said to be wisdom. Moreover, the behavior of mantras, because of the diligence of the yogi who practices, it is also possible that Avalokiteshvara does not live, this is the remaining meaning. Wanting to be complete is because of diligence. The Tathagata is the nature of the body, and the vow is accomplishment. Concentration is prayer, and it is also used in the same way below. This refers to the fact that the Buddhas of the past have also said it, this is a display, not the words of the compiler. From then on, etc. are merits, and it was like that at that time, and this repetition of the yogi is also obtaining that merit, remembering Vajrasattva, refers to the remembrance of vows such as accomplishment. If so, it arises from the purification of the only habitual tendencies of the mind of the nature of accomplishment, so it
