བསྒོམ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཞེས་པ་ནི་ཤར་ཕྱོགས་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཕྱོགས་བཅུར་ཉི་མའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་བཅུ་བསྐྱེད་ནས་ཁྲོ་བོ་དེ་རྣམས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དག་གི་སྟེང་དུ་གནས་པར་བསམ་པའོ། །རིམ་བཞིན་ཞེས་པ་ནི་ཕྱོགས་དང་ཁྲོ་བོ་མ་ནོར་བ་དང་ཤར་ཕྱོགས་ནས་བསྐྱེད་པའོ། །དེ་ཡང་ཤར་ཕྱོགས་སུ་གཤིན་རྗེ་གཤེད་དོ། །ཤར་ལྷོར་མི་གཡོ་མགོན་ནོ། །ལྷོར་ཤེས་རབ་མཐར་བྱེད། ལྷོ་ནུབ་ཏུ་འདོད་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ། ནུབ་ཏུ་པདྨ་མཐར་བྱེད། ནུབ་བྱང་དུ་ནཱི་ལ་དཎྜ། བྱང་དུ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཀུཎྜ་ལི། བྱང་ཤར་དུ་མ་ཧཱ་བ་ལ། འོག་ཏུ་ཀ་མ་ལ་ཀུཎྜ་ལི། སྟེང་དུ་ཧཱུཾ་མཛད་ དོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ཁྲོ་བོ་རྣམས་བསྐྱེད་ནས་ཡང་འདི་ལྟར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་པའི་དོན་ཏོ། །བགེགས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་གྱི་བར་ཆད་བྱེད་པའོ། །ཐམས་ཅད་ནི་བགེགས་ཀྱི་རིགས་ཇི་ལྟ་བུ་ཡང་རུང་བ་མ་ལུས་པའི་དོན་ཏོ། །བཤིག་པ་ནི་མེད་པར་བྱས་པ་འམ། ཚར་གཅད་པའི་དོན་ཏོ།། གནོད་མཛེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཞེས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ནི་ཁྲོ་བོ་གནོད་མཛེས་བསྐྱེད་ཅིང་བགེགས་རྣམས་ཁུག་ཅིག་པར་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ་དང་ཕུར་བུས་ཐོབ་ཅིག་པའི་དོན་ཏོ། །ཉི་མའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དབུས་གནས་ཞེས་པ་ནི་ཞེ་སྡང་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་གྱི་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ལས་ཁྲོ་བོ་ཧཱུཾ་དཀར་བསྐྱེད་ནས་ཉི་མའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་སྟེང་དུ་གནས་པར་བསམ་པའོ། །དབྱར་གྱི་སྤྲིན་ཕུང་ལྟ་བུ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་དེའི་སྐུ་མདོག་བསྟན་ཏེ་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཡང་གནག་པའོ། །བསྐལ་པའི་མེ་དཔུང་ཞེས་པ་ནི་སྐུའི་འོད་ཤིན་ཏུ་འབར་ཞིང་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྲེག་པའི་མཐུ་ཆེ་བའམ་བདུད་དང་བགེགས་ཐམས་ཅད་འོད་ཀྱིས་ཚིག་ཅིང་ཐལ་བར་རློག་པའི་འོད་དང་ལྡན་པའི་དོན་ཏོ། །གཡས་བརྐྱང་བ་ནི་ཞབས་གཉིས་སྟང་སྟབས་སོ། །སྨིན་མཚམས་ཁྲོ་གཉེར་ནི་དཔྲལ་བ་ཁྲོ་གཉེར་གསུམ་མམ་ལྔ་དང་ལྡན་པའོ། །དམར་བའི་སྤྱན་ནི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་དབང་གིས་ཆགས་པའི་དོན་དང་བགེགས་ཐམས་ཅད་འཇིགས་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་སྤྱན་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཡང་དམར་བར་བསྟན་ཏོ། །ཞལ་གསུམ་ནི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ནས་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི་དོན་མཛད་པ་འམ་མངའ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །མཆེ་བ་གཙིགས་པ་ནི་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཡང་འཇིགས་པར་བྱེད་པའི་དོན་ཏོ། །རྣམ་པར་བསྒྱུར་བ་ནི་ལྗགས་སོ། །ཕྱག་དྲུག་ལ་དང་པོ་གཉིས་ཧཱུཾ་གི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་དང་ལྡན་པའོ། །དེ་ཡང་གཡོན་གྱི་མཛུབ་མོ་བསྡིགས་པའི་ཚུལ་དུ་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་ཐད་ཀར་གཞག་བའོ། །གཡས་ཀྱི་མཛུབ་མོ་གནམ་དུ་བསྡིགས་པའི་ཚུལ

“修习”的含义是。十方坛城是指在东方等十个方向上，生起十个太阳坛城，并观想这些忿怒尊安住在这些坛城之上。次第是指方向和忿怒尊不混淆，并且从东方开始生起。也就是，东方是阎魔敌，东南方是不动怙主，南方是智慧穷尽者，西南方是欲王，西方是莲花穷尽者，西北方是尼罗杖，北方是不死甘露军荼利（梵文：Amrita Kundali，梵文罗马拟音：Amrita Kundali，汉语字面意思：不死甘露军荼利），东北方是大 बल（梵文：Mahabala，梵文罗马拟音：Mahabala，汉语字面意思：大力），下方是莲花军荼利（梵文：Kamala Kundali，梵文罗马拟音：Kamala Kundali，汉语字面意思：莲花军荼利），上方是吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）作。像这样生起忿怒尊后，还要这样做。障碍是指制造禅定障碍的事物。一切是指无论何种障碍，没有遗漏的意思。摧毁是指消灭或者降伏的意思。损害美观，下令等是指生起忿怒尊损害美观，命令所有障碍都屈服，并用橛来击败的意思。太阳坛城中央安住是指从嗔恨金刚父母无二的菩提心中，生起白色忿怒尊吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），并观想其安住在太阳坛城之上。如同夏天的云堆是指显示其身色，非常黝黑。如同劫末之火是指身光非常炽盛，具有焚烧一切烦恼的威力，或者具有光芒，能使魔和障碍被光烧成灰烬。右伸是指双足是站立姿势。眉间忿怒纹是指额头具有三条或五条忿怒纹。红色的眼睛是指以慈悲心爱恋一切众生，并且为了使一切障碍恐惧，所以显现出非常红色的眼睛。三面是指通过身语意三门来利益众生或者具有的意思。咬牙切齿是指非常恐怖的意思。转变是指舌头。六手中，前两只手具有吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）的手印。也就是，左手的食指以威胁的姿势放在心口处，右手的食指以威胁的姿势指向天空。

The meaning of "meditation" is. The mandala of the ten directions means generating ten sun mandalas in the ten directions, such as the east, and visualizing these wrathful deities residing on these mandalas. "In order" means that the directions and wrathful deities are not confused, and they are generated from the east. That is, in the east is Yamantaka, in the southeast is Achala, in the south is Prajna-antaka, in the southwest is Kamaraja, in the west is Padma-antaka, in the northwest is Niladanda, in the north is Amrita Kundali, in the northeast is Mahabala, below is Kamala Kundali, and above is Humkara. After generating the wrathful deities in this way, one should do this again. Obstacles refer to things that create obstacles to samadhi. "All" means that no matter what kind of obstacle it is, nothing is left out. To destroy means to eliminate or subdue. "Harmful beauty, command," etc., means generating the wrathful deity Harmful Beauty, commanding all obstacles to submit, and defeating them with a phurba. "The sun mandala resides in the center" means that from the bodhicitta that is non-dual with the wrathful Vajra father and mother, the white wrathful deity Hum is generated, and one visualizes it residing on the sun mandala. "Like a summer cloud mass" means showing its body color, which is very dark. "Like a fire at the end of an eon" means that the body's light is very blazing, and it has the power to burn all afflictions, or it has light that can burn demons and obstacles to ashes. "Right stretched out" means that the two feet are in a standing posture. "Frowning eyebrows" means that the forehead has three or five frowning lines. "Red eyes" means that out of compassion, one is attached to all sentient beings, and in order to frighten all obstacles, the eyes are shown to be very red. "Three faces" means benefiting sentient beings through the three doors of body, speech, and mind, or having the meaning. "Gnashing teeth" means being very terrifying. "Transformation" refers to the tongue. Of the six hands, the first two have the mudra of Hum. That is, the left index finger is placed near the heart in a threatening gesture, and the right index finger points to the sky in a threatening gesture.
