With these "pa" syllables, they are the four miraculous legs, therefore transforming into the western gate. Faith, diligence, mindfulness itself, along with samadhi and wisdom, with these five powers, it transforms into the northern gate. Initial thought, analysis, joy, and, bliss and samadhi, are the five branches of the first dhyana. The five branches of the second dhyana are four, initial thought and analysis, inner clarity, is the final branch of the first dhyana, thereby corresponding to whatever. Equanimity is connected with mindfulness, awareness and the support of bliss, that is possessed of one-pointedness of mind, having five branches is the third dhyana.
