Mind and Dharma, called mindfulness, are the eastern gate. Therefore, it is said: Body and feelings, mind and dharmas, not being multiple entities, etc., combined, that mindfulness, what faith arises from it, the meaning of Bodhi becomes the eastern gate. Thus it is said. Unwholesome things not yet arisen, and those that have arisen, are abandoned and not allowed to arise again, wholesome things that have arisen and those that have not arisen are caused to arise and abide, gradually initiating and completely purifying and individually awakening and diligently striving are called the four complete purities of diligence, which is the second southern gate. Therefore, it is said: Future, present, inverted conduct, not arising and causing to cease, causing what has arisen to abide as well, the four diligences are the southern gate. Thus it is said. The samadhi of desire and diligence and mind and contemplation, the actions of abandoning and possessing the magical powers, such as walking on the sky with feet, all causes being completely purified, is the third western gate. Therefore, it is said: Desire, joy, abiding, wisdom, magical feet and mindfulness, the western gate is what is desired. Thus it is said. After that, the limb of determination connected to warmth and the peak, faith and mindfulness and samadhi and wisdom, similarly endurance and the supreme worldly Dharma connected to the five powers being completely purified is the fourth northern gate. Therefore, it is said: Faith and diligence, mindfulness and, samadhi, wisdom, faculties and powers, immeasurable samadhi is, the fourth northern gate itself. The chariot of the four dhyanas refers to investigation and analysis and joy and bliss and one-pointedness of mind, the first dhyana possessing five limbs, and relying on it, the first extreme joy of wisdom, and the second completely pure chariot, the first, and its pearls and flower garlands, etc. The inner nature being extremely joyful and, blissful and, clear and, one-pointedness of mind, the second dhyana possessing four limbs, and relying on it, the third and fourth grounds, the second completely pure chariot, and its pearl garlands, etc. Equanimity and, mindfulness and, clear knowing and, bliss and, one-pointedness of mind, limbs.

The three meditations with five characteristics were taught, and based on that, the wisdom ground was extended, and so on, the pure four horse taming. Also, the pearl necklace and Shrotaka, etc. there. "Samadhi Grasp" refers to the power arising from the single-mindedness of the Tathagatas, as well as the courageous advance, Akashagarbha, Immaculate, Lion's Play, etc., which are purely surrounded by the grasp from all directions. To abide in the grasp is to abide in the grasp. With excellent offerings, adorned with the beautiful form of goddesses, and busily offering flowers, etc., therefore, the grasp, etc., constantly abide without interruption, that is, the pure Dharani of patience, Dharma, meaning, and mantra. "Various ornaments" means adorning with all kinds of precious jewels of various colors and shapes, and arranging the palace. Why is that? It is said to fulfill all beings' hopes. "Subduing arises" means that which arises from the power of beings, that is, what is proclaimed. What is that? It is the nine branches of scripture: Sutra, Geya, Vyakarana, Gatha, Udana, Nidana, Itivrittaka, Jataka, and Vaipulya. That is the Dharma, the Dharma like a boat. "Universally going" means in order to be able to enter the continuum of beings. What are those pure ones? That is, the wind moves, etc. Inside the banner, the bells ring, and outside, various ornaments at the top of the banner are shaken by the wind and erected. In the direction of Indra, it is white, in the direction of fire, it is purple, in the direction of Yama, it is black, in the direction of emptiness, it is gray, in the direction of wind, it is various colors, in the direction of Yaksha, it is yellow, and in the direction of Ishvara, it should be known to be green. Wisdom like a mirror, because it is light itself, is a mirror, and everything should be seen. It should be known that the eternally immaculate one is it.

Giving, joy, diligence, meditation, effort, and equanimity, these arise from power, become the realm of activity of the Dharma realm, become the antidote to afflictions, and become limbs. Its purification is the spreading of immaculate flowers and incense, and likewise, nets and half-nets, mirrors of the sun and moon, flower garlands, etc., hung by the door. "Various ornaments" means "well-made." The eight liberations are: seeing forms as forms is the first liberation. Perceiving no form internally, seeing external forms is the second. Attaining the sublime liberation with the body, dwelling in completion is the third. The sphere of infinite space is the fourth. The sphere of infinite consciousness is the fifth. The sphere of nothingness is the sixth. The sphere of neither perception nor non-perception is the seventh. Cessation attainment is the eighth. In the sutras and extensive explanations, seeing forms as forms, etc., knowing and seeing by subduing with the aspects of emptiness, signlessness, and wishlessness, this is called the first liberation, up to cessation attainment, seeing by subduing with the aspects of emptiness, signlessness, and wishlessness, this is called the second liberation. This is also what Kunga Nyingpo said. "With eight pure pillars" refers to the eight pillars such as wheels. It is covered, closely beautified, and supreme. "Vajra principle" refers to the principle of secret mantra. It is called principle because it shows that inconceivable dharmas are without difference. Its body's wheel of Dharma is the surrounding, that is, on top of its eight pillars, it has a round vajra garland surrounding it. "Form, etc." refers to sound, smell, taste, touch, etc. Because they become the realm of activity, they are the realm of activity. Through purification, it becomes the unsurpassed five desirable qualities, that is, due to the cause of ultimate reality without self-nature, it becomes ordinary.
