From the meaning collected from his mouth, it is said that what dwells in its center is called that wheel. The Lord of all Tathagatas, his abode is the immovable place. He dwells as the chief to others, the self-owner alone is the master of himself. Having taken it out, the wise one should first dissolve it according to the ritual. Thus it is. Likewise, the three yogis, without distinction, should know that empowerment should be given after making the mandala with powder or with mind. These are also extensively taught elsewhere, and should be understood there. This should be understood as a grammatical term. Third, the extensive explanation of the sutra, abbreviated and taught, etc. Now, for the sake of the extensive explanation of the sutra, abbreviated and taught, the aforementioned wheel of the mandala, the inconceivable nature, is said to be the antidote to the suffering of samsara. Such as like an illusion, etc. Thus, the appearance of discrimination like an illusion is the discrimination of self and what belongs to self. Its continuity arises without interruption. Other than such discrimination, there is no other suffering of samsara. That itself is the meaning of the suffering of samsara. Its meaning is that the nature of self-awareness, such as permanence, etc., the objectification of form, etc., upon that is itself suffering. Like a snake on a rope, it is the nature of non-appearance. What is incompatible with it, that is, what is incompatible with the suffering of samsara, is that those minds, that is, those who abide in the nature of the wheel of the antidote mandala, should manifestly realize enlightenment. In the eighteenth chapter it says: Emptiness and compassion are not different, it is said to be the mind of enlightenment. How is it then incompatible with the suffering of samsara? The profound and clear upon that, that is to say, the mind of the wheel of the profound and clear mandala mentioned above is upon that. Nothing appears. That is to say, no suffering of samsara appears, and its discrimination also does not appear separately. However, because of the habitual tendencies of attachment, that mind itself also appears as the suffering of samsara. That suffering of samsara is not even conventionally existent, let alone anything else.
