It is endowed with words such as the ground. Having these is the true Dharma. Because it is said so. Now, in order to make beings have faith, the venerable one himself told the history of pleasing Suchness, starting from "the great place of the center" and so on. Among them, our great Lama first said that the place is called the center, which is the direction of Nalanda. The name of the place is Kabir. There is a city called Dojok there. In one direction there, there is a group respected by many saints, who are tired of various treatises, from which they have obtained the Prajnaparamita and so on. There is a well-known Good Lion, who made him happy and obtained the transmission of the Prajnaparamita, and also heard many other treatises, analyzing and studying it through argumentation, living in the auspicious Nalanda University, there lives a Bhikkhuni named Yontan Shenyen, who was born into the Brahmin caste and has steadfast faith. In front of her, because of foolish wisdom, that is, dwelling with the wisdom of Prajnaparamita, she did not realize Suchness as it is. The author composed some treatises. This is because he was satisfied with a few contents such as the abridged meaning of the Prajnaparamita, so he created and taught, in order to benefit beings with the Prajnaparamita treatises. Then, two hundred and thirty yojanas north of the central place, there is a place called Yontan Kun Jung, because the blessings of the Dakinis mostly arise from there. It refers to the place of Oddiyana. After arriving there, in one direction there, there is a Mahamudra achiever who was born in the Jewel Island, also known as Auspicious Variegated Body, namely the great teacher Jokjek Dorje. From him, he heard many action tantras and yoga tantras, and also worked hard to analyze and study them. Also in one direction of that place, there is a person named Guneru who has obtained the oral instructions of the inconceivable stages and attained the Great Yogini, went to her residence and made her happy, heard many unsurpassed tantras, just as it is said, Samaya and empowerment, etc.

Having received permission from that lama, Sapa then began to practice. The deity revealed in a dream that at the northern gate of the land of Uḍḍiyāna, there is a girl of sixteen years old from the untouchable caste named Jātijvāla. She is a yogini born from her caste, named Mahā-Lakṣmī. Go there, and your wishes will be fulfilled. Immediately he went and embraced her as a companion, pleasing her for eight months. She also realized that he was someone who desired Mahāmudrā, and by giving a small permission, he attained the accomplishment of glorious Jambhala. Then, in a place called Jālandhara, there is a city called Kanojer. On one side of it, he went to the presence of one called Small Child Feet, whose mind was like a river in the tantra that emphasizes wisdom. Without offending him, he heard his teachings and received permission, and then practiced diligently. Then, three hundred yojanas south from the central region, there is a place called Koṅkaṇa. It is called the Sky Forest, because the trees have no roots, but are attached to other trees and hang above. On one side of that land, there dwells one called Protector Feet, who has attained accomplishment in one lifetime, whose mind is like a great river in the tantra that emphasizes skillful means. He is also surrounded by disciples who possess miraculous powers. Who are they? The Brahmin Catrara, the Brahmin Guhyaparta, the Kshatriya Mañjuśrī, the Jewish Pūrṇabhadra, the Vaishya Dīpaṃkara, the Vaishya Kharṇaputra, the prostitute Ālokī, and the prostitute Sadushila. All their supplies, clothes, and food are provided daily by the goddess called Stream of Wealth, with ten masha of gold, half a hara of pearls, and three hundred karshapanas. He prostrated before that holy lama for nine years and attained accomplishment in one lifetime. The Great Gathering Tantra and others are the lama's intention, of which the Gathering Tantra is yoga.
