After someone makes an image, they smear various vajras and fire wheels on the clothes from the cemetery with poison, blood, and alcohol. In the center of it, they write the name and mantra of the person to be killed, insert it into the heart, and place it inside two skulls on the outside. To kill this person, they press down with their left foot, being extremely wrathful and fierce. At noon and midnight, they perform one hundred and eight fire offerings with stones, bones, and neem leaves. After seven days, this person will die. If it still doesn't work, go to the cemetery and at midnight, make three fire pits with the ashes of cremated corpses. Light them with neem wood, and in the center of it, with invocation as the preliminary, visualize the wrathful king with gnashing teeth and a terrifying face. With a sharp weapon, starting from the (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) པྲ་ཏི་ཀྲི་ཏ་ (,,,) left foot's ring finger, cut it off. Because of becoming extremely wrathful, recite the impelling mantra accompanied by "So-and-so Marayati," and speak with wrathful words. If you also make a fire offering to the "Tadwad" wrathful deity, then that night this person will surely be eaten by a ghost and die. Starting from "Then," etc., everything refers to the immovable Buddha, the wisdom nature of the Dharmadhatu, which has no beginning or end, because it pervades everything. The splendor of the earth-born cloud is because it possesses the perfection of cloud rain, therefore it is the Bhagavan, the greatly powerful one. The samadhi focused on this is called that. Through the practice of mere recitation, all actions can be accomplished. What is said is that according to the previously described ritual, recite it one hundred thousand times, and through the practice described before, accomplish all the actions of all the deities, such as peaceful ones. To bring down the mandala of water, what is said is that it is instructed in this way. Thus, with the great Vajradhara's perfection as the preliminary, visualize yourself as the noble great powerful one arising from the letter Phat (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Phat), after reciting it one hundred thousand times, draw an eight-spoked sword wheel with the juice of alcohol on an unused earthen bowl.

Oh, and above that, on an eight-petaled lotus, write the essence of all nagas mixed with the mantra of the spear-bearing mother. Put the kham bowls together, wrap them all around with blue thread, and invite the spear-bearing mother and the nagas, and offer them correctly. In the springs and other places where the nagas dwell, place the kham bowls together to universally urge all the nagas. In another secluded place, draw a mandala of fire and a mandala of wind, and on top of that, water, and in the center of that, draw an eight-petaled lotus. In its center, draw a white wind god with seven serpent heads held high, with a male face, holding a serpent lasso in his hand. On the eastern petal, draw the Boundless One, with the color of a green উৎপল; to the south, draw the white son of Norgyé; to the west, draw the red Joyful One; to the north, draw the black Powerful One; in the directions between fire and truthlessness, draw white lotuses and great lotuses; in the direction of the wind, draw the yellow Conch Guardian; in the direction of the Powerful One, draw the various-colored Lineage Holder. Draw the mandala of the nagas in that way. From the letterവം (Tibetan, Devanagari vam, Romanized Sanskrit vam, meaning water), contemplate all the nagas. Then, with vases and other things that have blue color, give offerings such as milk and molasses that are in accordance with the nagas. By invoking with the letterവം (Tibetan, Devanagari vam, Romanized Sanskrit vam, meaning water) mixed with the letterཛཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari jah, Romanized Sanskrit jah, meaning giving), place them in their respective places and make offerings. Say this: "By the love for me and the command of the Bhagavan, great nagas, may you send down rain!" Then, contemplate those nagas sending down a continuous stream of rain, and recite the mantra. Then, by the command of the Bhagavan, those nagas will send down rain. If it still does not rain even after doing that, then at that time, draw the mandala on a round stove in the same way, and with the invitation as the preliminary, just as the fire offering ritual that will be explained, contemplate the letterവം (Tibetan, Devanagari vam, Romanized Sanskrit vam, meaning water) in the center of the tongues of all the nagas. With offerings of water and so on as the preliminary, offer three full ladles of molasses, milk, and butter. If they are pleased by making fire offerings of molasses, milk, and butter, etc., then they will not devour demons, but will send down a continuous stream of rain. If even that
