In order to show the relationship between the teacher and the disciple, the Tathagatas, with the Suchness that is inseparable from skillful means and wisdom, and the Bodhicitta arising from the nature of their equal entry, is precious because it is the cause of increasing joy. After truly offering and prostrating to its cloud-like, sky-encompassing arrangements, they spoke of the Tathagata and so on. The secret of all Tathagatas is great bliss. That which arises from it is the accumulation arising from the secret. That itself is the Vajra, belonging to the Tathagatas, hence it is the Vajra Essence. It is compiled for the sake of brief exposition. That itself is the nature of skillful means and wisdom, please explain and reveal it, this is its meaning. Then, subsequently, the Bhagavan Bodhicitta Vajra spoke thus to all the Tathagatas. "Good, good," is the acceptance. "Good" is what shows the meaning of manifest desire. However, the word "however" is discrimination. "All Tathagatas" refers to sentient beings possessing definite lineage. The vow of the three times, all Tathagatas, is to be known as the very Tathagata who has arisen in this way, because it is the generation of Bodhicitta. "What need to mention others?" shows that this is not the domain of those with indefinite lineage or those with severed lineage, hence there is no interest. "This is not even the domain of those with definite lineage." Having heard such words of the Bhagavan, they were amazed, and "What need to mention those with indefinite lineage?" caused wonder. Then, again, all the Tathagatas requested the Bhagavan, who cuts off all doubts, thus: "What?" means "For what reason?". "Possessing such excellent qualities" refers to the retinue as previously described. Those are the Tathagatas, and they are also all, hence they are all Tathagatas, not...

Actions and so on. Their body, speech, and mind are secret, because they are not willing to show vows and precepts, etc. Therefore, pray that the Bhagavan, all Tathagatas, bless and make them worthy vessels, and please truly reveal them. Why? Because of the families born of the Vajra Samaya. Among them, the Vajra Samaya is the characteristic of the perfect union of the two roots. The words that arise from that are the generation of Bodhicitta, etc., by those. Therefore, put in those ways as described in the mandala of wisdom, and empower with the empowerments of garlands and vases, etc., and the empowerments of secret and wisdom, wisdom, ascend the throne and speak in a prophetic manner, this is what is to be expressed. Why? Because happiness and so on are spoken. The happiness of all Tathagatas is the supreme joy arising from skillful means and wisdom. Mental happiness arises from that, with the excellence of the gods pervading the expanse of space, accomplishing the benefit of all beings. Tathagata, etc., refers to the power of becoming accustomed to meditation from above, in order to attain the accomplishments of the Buddhas and Vajradhara, etc., mentioned in the tantras. Then, in order to make those worthy vessels, the Bhagavan manifested the mandala of wisdom, from then on, etc., connect to taking out. The body, speech, and mind vajra of all Tathagatas, the Tathagata is the great Vajradhara, because it is the nature of gathering all families. The lamp of wisdom is Akshobhya, because with the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu without beginning or end, it completely destroys the darkness of discriminating thoughts, and illuminates the continuum of those to be tamed with wisdom. That itself is Vajra because it is indestructible like a Vajra, it is in equipoise in the samadhi that has that name. Extremely fierce.

For the fierce, pacification is of no benefit. Therefore, in order to benefit such objects of taming, through the means of great compassion, wrath is anger, like the water of the great ocean at midday on a cloudless day in the Soga season, warm on the outside and cool on the inside, this is the meaning. Its kind is the nature of all wrath, the five-pointed vajra blazing extremely, which is the cause of generating the form of Achala (Immovable One) from the nature of the aggregate of consciousness of all sentient beings. This essence of the supreme heart is abiding in "Thus." The so-called "Phyungpo" is the arising of Achala according to the method of the sadhana as spoken by the Tathagata. The meaning of "Vajradhrik" is this: The so-called vajra, with the five points below, cuts off the five kinds of non-dharmic nature, the darkness of the five consciousnesses, and the five kinds of discrimination. Those who look upwards represent the understanding of the five wisdoms, such as the mirror-like wisdom, which are similar to emptiness. Because it holds the vajra, it is called Vajradhrik, the Bhagavan Achala. As it is also said: The five are the vast five knowledges, Vajra is said to be manifest, Holding is said to be Dhrik, Consciousness is called Vajradhrik. Thus it is said. From "this" and so on, connect to "abides." The so-called "that" is the great Vajradhara. The so-called body, speech, and mind are the inner nature. The so-called wise person is the one who possesses true union, with the vajra of body, speech, and mind, separate but in reality without distinction, one who is united with knowledge, that person is called a wise person. Thus it arises. The great mudra of Achala is the nature of the black face and so on. The union with it is the self-entry that precedes arising, therefore, with the black appearance, it shows that the anger vajra with characteristics as described in the sadhana has been accomplished. Likewise, in the eighteenth chapter, the mantra uttered by the Bhagavan, etc.
