If one wishes to kill, then at a time of anger and violence, trample with the right foot, chew stones, bones, and neem leaves, and at midday, midnight, or at a certain time, recite the wrathful mantra with the exhortation "Chege mo maraya phat" one hundred and eight times, and one can kill within seven days. If it is still not accomplished, then go to the charnel ground, and at midnight, make a triangular fire pit with the ashes of the cremation. Light a fire with neem and other firewood, first making a summoning, and in the middle of it visualize the King of Wrath, starting from the toe of the left foot of the image, cut it off with a sharp weapon, and with extreme anger, recite the wrathful mantra with exhortations. If you make a fire offering with its open mouth, then it will surely die that very night. All clouds are the wisdom of equality, for the sake of empowering everything with nectar. From this light, the burning black light is the meaning of "great power." Because it is the object of focus, Samadhi is also called that. The three bodies are the immovable Vajra. "The means of mere recitation" means that with the means of great power, white, yellow, etc., for the purpose of performing pacifying and other actions, the means of reciting mantras with exhortations is the main thing. All actions are pacifying and so on. "Pouring down the water mandala," here the means is: the powerful yogi pours Soma wine into a cup, writes an eight-spoked wheel on the sword with saffron juice, writes an eight-petaled lotus in the center, and writes the mantra of the spear-tip mother and the essence of all dragons, and covers the two cups filled with Soma wine, wraps them with blue thread, summons the spear-tip mother and the dragons, makes offerings according to the Dharma, makes requests, and then puts this covered cup into the pond where the dragons live, in order to urge all the dragons. Or, write a five-pronged vajra with ink on a palm leaf, with words of severance, and visualize it as a blazing fire. From this, all the dragons with form will be transformed into a one-haired ascetic.

One should think of making them afraid of the disease and offer excellent worship. For subjugation, the leaves of the tala tree should be placed in springs and so on. Then, in other places where people do not live, draw a mandala of fire, with a mandala of wind on it, and in its center a mandala of water, on which draw an eight-petaled lotus. In the center of the lotus, draw a white water deity, with the form of a man from the navel upwards, holding a naga lasso in his two hands, and having seven heads. On the petals, starting from the east, draw the infinite naga, blue-green like a blue lotus; the white Norgyé naga; the red Jokpo naga; and the black Karkota naga. In the direction between fire and truthlessness, draw white lotuses and white great lotuses. In the direction of wind, draw the yellow Dungkyong naga. In the direction of power, draw the Rikden naga of various colors. Having drawn the naga mandala in this way, generate all the nagas from the syllable Naṃ (ནཾ, Devanagari: न, Romanized Sanskrit: naṃ, Literal meaning: Naṃ), and offer the food appropriate for nagas, such as jaggery, milk, and ghee, praising them with the syllable Phu. Also offer flowers, incense, lamps, perfumes, clothes, banners, and blue vases filled with blue water. Offer powders of Sarjarasa, Kunduru, Takara, crocodile claws, yellow mustard, and Naga Kesara, or incense and ghee lamps made by mixing Naga Kesara powder with sugar, consecrated with mantras. Then, with the syllable Naṃ (ནཾ, Devanagari: न, Romanized Sanskrit: naṃ, Literal meaning: Naṃ) combined with the letter Ja (ཛ), summon all the nagas, dissolve them into their own places, give offerings and drinks, and worship them properly, then say this: Great nagas, may you be pleased with us, and also, by the command of the Bhagavan, send down rain! Then, contemplate that the nagas are truly sending down rain. Recite the mantra with the imperative words: Oṃ Ugra Śūla Pāṇi Varṣa Paya Śīghraṃ Ma (ཨོཾ་ཨུ་གྲ་ཤཱུ་ལ་པཱ་ཎི་བཪྵ་པ་ཡ་ཤཱི་གྷྲཾ་མ།, Devanagari: ॐ उग्र शूल पाणि वर्ष पय शीघ्रं म, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ ugra śūla pāṇi varṣa paya śīghraṃ ma, Literal meaning: Om, fierce, spear, hand, rain, give, quickly, ma), Oṃ Jyoti Niraṇāda Varṣa Paya Śīghraṃ (ཨོཾ་ཛྱོ་ཏི་ནི་ར་ཎཱ་ད་བཪྵ་པ་ཡ་ཤཱི་གྷྲཾ་, Devanagari: ॐ ज्योति निरणाद वर्ष पय शीघ्रं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ jyoti niraṇāda varṣa paya śīghraṃ, Literal meaning: Om, light, resounding, rain, give, quickly), then rain will fall immediately. Even if it does not rain, draw the mandala in the same way on a round fireplace and summon them, and contemplate the syllable Naṃ (ནཾ, Devanagari: न, Romanized Sanskrit: naṃ, Literal meaning: Naṃ) on their tongues. With the fire offering ritual that has the offerings and so on prepared beforehand, give three full ladles of jaggery, milk, and ghee, and recite the mantra Oṃ Namaḥ Svāhā (ཨོཾ་ནཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ་, Devanagari: ॐ नमः स्वाहा, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ namaḥ svāhā, Literal meaning: Om, Namah, Svaha), and offer as much jaggery, milk, and ghee as desired.
