All desires are those knowledges themselves. Enjoying them closely is ignorance, hatred, and desire. What arises from that is the Vajra's splendor, namely the five Buddhas who enter the heart, melting into Vajra Jewel and becoming one taste, that is Vajra. That itself is perfection or glory. The Samadhi that focuses on that is also called that. Having entered into equipoise with that, one becomes silent. The so-called "consorts of all the Tathagatas" are those ten vidyadharis themselves. The so-called "wheel of commitment" is the lord with the great commitment mandala and its supports. Engaging in desire is truly knowing. All of space is the lotus of knowledge. The body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas are Vajra. Their commitment is to become one taste, being white like the autumn moon, and that itself is semen, because it is in accordance with the nature of semen. That itself is Vajra water, and the vase filled with it is called that. Thus, empowerment is the first. Because it is condensed, it is Vajra, and because it is he himself, it is space, and because it is the basis, it is the realm, and that itself is the lotus. The "whoever is a sentient being" refers to those in the mandala with the lord. The commitment of the three bodies is that melting itself. Because these enter into the holes and descend, and possess true arising, therefore it is called that. Thus, it is the second. In "they are touched by the Vajra's splendor," the Vajra's splendor is that melting itself. Touching with it is becoming one taste, which is touching, because they also melt into that. That itself melts there, being the supreme bliss and mind-bliss of the one with the three Vajra knowledges. Thus, it is the third. After "all," and so forth, thus, because one has become the possessor of the three Vajra knowledges, all Tathagatas, Arhats, perfectly complete Buddhas will arise, because one knows all knowable things without error, therefore it is a perfectly complete Buddha. An Arhat is an affliction, and all of those are destroyed together with their imprints.

Because of (cutting off) the afflictive obscurations, it is Arhat. In order to truly reveal the Dharma, it is Tathagata. Starting from "From then on," etc., up to "being empowered," this scripture should be combined in a different order. One should look at what immediately follows "becoming silent." The so-called "from then on" refers to starting from all requests. The so-called "all sentient beings" refers to sentient beings residing in the ten directions of the world. Becoming "Samantabhadra Samantabhadra" means that the name is called that because all Tathagatas empower with the name of Vajra. If asked whether it is sudden, the answer is "no," because "Tathagata" etc. have already been said. The body, speech, and mind Vajra of all Tathagatas is the request itself. Empowerment is done with the blessing of radiating light. From here onwards, starting from "Vajrapani," up to "not Dharma, nor non-Dharma," it is not direct perception. Then what is it? Because it abides in the limb of direct perception of the request of aggregates etc. combined by father and mother. The so-called "those" refers to the request, experiencing with the mind and then asking. The so-called "seeing" means seeing directly. The equality of all Buddhas' Dharma, Dharma is Vajra wisdom, which is equal to it. The wisdom of one taste in everything is Vajra wisdom. The conduct of Vajra wisdom is abiding in happiness. The so-called "bhaga las" means from bhaga etc. The so-called "what" etc. is to show what is wonderful, the so-called "what" refers to what is said. What is that? With the words of the letter of desire, following the enlightenment of the Buddha's Bodhi, that is it. The close enjoyment of the vidya is desire. The unchanging Vajra wisdom born from that is the letter. Its word abides, that is, aggregates etc. with objects of focus, following the enlightenment of Bodhi. Space Vajra is Vajra wisdom itself. The samaya is the cause of becoming one taste in the request there.

It is the same as that, the same as the previous statement. In order to show that, it is said "not the form aggregate" and so on. Among them, the aggregates are the five Buddhas. The realms are the joyful mothers and the first supreme one. The sense bases are the six objects. Desire is the characteristic of touch. Hatred is to pierce separately. Ignorance is to embrace completely. Dharma is the vajra of space. Non-dharma is the remainder, and those too are non-dual and have become non-dual. Then, "all the Tathagatas" refers to the individual awarenesses that distinguish the aggregates and so on. "Having become speechless" means having dissolved into the very essence of the vajra. After that, "starting from then on" and so on, whatever it is. After that is the text of the four goddesses urging with four songs. After that is "That Bhagavan" and so on, which refers to after the urging with the four songs. "Vajrapani" refers to the body of the vidyadhara being, born from the condensed essence of the vajra, generated from its own seed, that is, the vajra holder. This is the samadhi of the first union, that is, the first. "Bhagavan" refers to the Tathagatas' own discriminations, which are thus distinguished for the beings to be tamed, therefore being the tamer, that is, all the mandala beings. Because this one has emanations in them, he is the Bhagavan. This is the samadhi called "Supreme King of Mandalas," that is, the second. "To them" refers to the mandala beings and the retinues. "Bestowed the teaching" means giving the teaching, the vajra secrets of body and so on are suchness itself. "Give the teaching" means let them hold it. "Categories of Dharma" refers to the detailed classification of Dharma, those who have fortune are those who have become vessels for it, because the light of the essence of the vajra has shone and made it all good. Having given the teaching in this way, all the mandala beings practice their respective emanations according to the giver's command, and their respective emanations become absorbed into themselves. This is the activity of the supreme victor's...
