Therefore, many indistinguishable sounds were spoken. Why? Because the Tathagata dispelled the doubts of many young Bodhisattvas. What is meant by "for what purpose" is that, relying on the thoughts of the Bodhisattvas who have no doubts themselves but have become doubtful, they asked all the Tathagatas in this way. All the Tathagatas are open and honest, and it is impossible for them to show that non-dharma such as stealing, deceiving, and being rude is non-dharma, so it is rare. That rarity is also because it is only conceptualization, so it is also the path of words, therefore it is said in this way. It is only conceptualization because it appears as the grasper and the grasped, the speaker and the spoken, and it is absolutely impossible to kill the Tathagata and so on. Because it destroys the obstacles to Bodhi, it is also Vajra, and because it enables the attainment of Bodhi, it is speech, therefore it is Vajra speech. That is also the rare path of words, and it is also Vajra speech, because it is shown only by Vajra speech, so it is said in this way. These three realms are beyond the three realms and beyond all the worlds because faithful people in all other world realms cannot practice them. In the Sutra it also says, "The deeds have been transcended, those who have transcended." There, it should be understood that, according to the context, it refers to the five vows. Among them, there is no error in the sound of the words, in the distinction of the same basis, signs, and numbers. For example, "Those who do not change the place of degradation." It's like that. What is meant by "Thus he taught them" is that through that door, he taught those who had become doubtful in this way. What is meant by "inferior notion" is the notion of mere conceptualization, because mere conceptualization is not the vehicle of the Buddha. What is meant by "degrading notion" is the notion of non-dharma. As an antidote to these two notions, in order, are the supreme conduct and the conduct of the Tathagata.

Thus it was said. The so-called "conduct of mantras" refers to the forms of mantras and mudras, etc. All the samadhis of Vajrasattva are mantras, for the sake of understanding the meaning of that very nature and protecting beings. The conduct of mantras is the practice of mantras. Therein, knowing is the accumulation of wisdom, and protecting is the accumulation of merit. Since the practice of the two accumulations is the very practice of enlightenment, and is also supreme, the notion of inferiority is unreasonable. The conduct of all Tathagatas is the conduct of activity. If other noble ones do not engage in what is not Dharma, what need is there to mention the Tathagatas? Since they engage in this, the idea of disparagement is unreasonable. If here only arise discriminations such as what is to be killed, what kills, and killing, then it is neither knowing nor protecting. Here, sons of good family, such as the example, etc., have been spoken. The so-called "following" refers to the special existence. The so-called "all dharmas" refers to all substances possessing dharani, because space itself has the space for them, so belonging to the space realm is pervasive. The so-called "those dharmas," etc., refer to the desire realm, the form realm, and the formless realm, and the great elements of earth, water, fire, and wind. Each does not exist in all forms, because each of these is not pervasive. However, space itself exists everywhere. Thus it is said, because all forms belong to space and are in accordance with the Dharma. The so-called "all dharmas" refers to all mantras. The so-called "should be known accordingly" means should be measured, thus, they are also like space, the mind of enlightenment refers to suchness, is the self-nature of wisdom, is following. Luminosity refers to becoming the self-nature of luminosity, and emptiness and self-awareness, that is also the suchness of self-nature. The ultimate of abiding in that very nature, because that very nature is what all Buddhas have explained, and the yogi who understands the explanation
