་རང་གི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལ་གནས་པ་དཀར་པོར་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེའི་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཆུ་སྐྱེས་ཀྱི་ནང་དུ་བཅུག་པའི་བསྒྲུབ་བྱའི་མགོ་བོ་ལས་ཀྱི་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལས་བྱུང་བ་ཁ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་གྲང་བའི་བདུད་རྩིའི་རྒྱུན་གྱིས་ནད་ལ་སོགས་པའི་དྲི་མ་མ་ལུས་པ་སྤངས་པར་བལྟས་ནས་དེ་ནས་གདོན་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། དཀར་པོའི་དྲི་བཟང་པོ་དང༌། གོས་དང་བྱུག་པས་མཛེས་ པའི་ལུས་ཀྱང་མདུན་དུ་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དཀར་པོ་ལ་བཞག་ནས་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་སྤྲོས་ཏེ། སྤྱན་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་དབང་བསྐུར་བར་བྱ་བའམ། ཡང་ན་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ནད་པའི་མགོ་བོ་ལ་གནས་པས་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་དབང་བྱིན་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་ནད་ཀྱི་དགྲ་སྦྲེའུའི་རྣམ་པ་ལྟ་བུ་ཕྱུང་བར་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱའོ། །ཕྱི་རོལ་གྱི་ཡང་གྲོ་ག་ལ་སོགས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་ཙནྡན་དཀར་པོ་དང༌། གུར་ཀུམ་གྱིས་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་ཕྱིར་བཟློག་པའི་སྲུང་བའི་འཁོར་ལོ་བྲིས་ནས་ཆོག་བཞིན་དུ་རྫོགས་པར་བྱས་ནས་མེ་ཏོག་ལ་སོགས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་མཆོད་དེ། ཁམ་ཕོར་ཁ་སྦྱར་ནས་ནད་པའི་སྔགས་ཀྱི་གནས་སུའམ། གཞན་ས་ཕྱོགས་གཙང་བའི་གནས་སུ་བཞག་ལ་མེ་ཏོག་དཀར་པོས་དུས་གསུམ་དུ་མཆོད་དོ། །འདིས་ནི་ངེས་པར་ཉི་མ་བདུན་གྱིས་ཞི་བ་ཆེན་པོར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རྒྱས་པའི་དབང་གུ་བྱས་ནས་གསུངས་པ། ནམ་མཁའི་དབྱིངས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལ། འདིར་ཡང་ཞི་བ་བཞིན་དུ་ཆོ་ག་ཡིན་ཏེ། འོན་ཀྱང་དབང་ཆེན་གྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལ་གནས་པ་ཁ་དོག་སེར་པོ་སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་ཀྱི་སྦྱོར་བའམ། རིན་ཆེན་འབྱུང་ལྡན་གྱི་སྦྱོར་བས། ཨོམ་ཨཱཿ་ཨཱ་རོ་ལྀ་ཀ་ཆེ་གེ་མོ་པུཥྚིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཧཱུཾ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའམ། རིན་ཆེན་འབྱུང་ལྡན་གྱི་སྔགས་བཟླས་པས་སྔོན་བཞིན་དུ་རང་གི་རིག་པ་ལས་བྱུང་བ་གོས་དཀར་མོ་སེར་མོའི་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་བདུད་རྩི་འཛག་པའི་བུམ་པ་སེར་པོ་ལག་ན་ཐོགས་པས་དབང་བསྐུར་བར་བྱས་ནས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པས་ཀྱང་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་གསུངས་པ། བ་སྤུ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལ། རིན་ཆེན་སྤྲིན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གང་གི་ཚེ་རིན་ཆེན་འབྱུང་ལྡན་གྱི་སྦྱོར་བས་རྒྱས་པར་བྱེད་པའི་དེའི་ཚེ། རིན་ཆེན་བདག་པོའི་སྤྲིན་སྤྲོ་བར་བྱའོ། །གང་གི་ཚེ་ཡང་སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་ཀྱི་སྦྱོར་བས་བྱེད་པ་དེའི་ཚེ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྤྲིན་སེར་པོའོ། །སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་བུའི་དཔལ་ལྡན་འགྱུར། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་ནོར་རྒྱས་པ་རྙེད་པས་སེར་སྣ་མེད་པའི་ཕྱིར། ཅི་འདོད་པའི་དོན་སྟེར་བར་བྱེད་དོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ

应当观想自身安住于坛城之中，呈现白色。然后，观想将所修之人的头放入智慧莲花之中，从业金刚所生的、如雪一般寒冷的甘露之流，清除了疾病等所有污垢，然后进行驱除。将白色、具有美好香味，以及用衣服和涂香装饰的美丽身体，也如实地安放在面前的白色坛城中，并以眼等会众进行灌顶。或者，观想如来安住在病人的头顶，如实地给予灌顶，驱除各种疾病的敌人，如同猴子的形象。对于外面的羊角等物，用白檀香和藏红花如实地书写遣除的守护轮，按照仪轨圆满后，用鲜花等进行供养。将合上的碗放在病人的咒语处，或者其他清净的地方，用白色的鲜花在三个时辰进行供养。这样做必定能在七天内获得极大的寂静。通过增大的方式进行灌顶后宣说，如虚空界等。这里也像寂静法一样进行仪轨，然而安住于大灌顶坛城中的，是黄色阿弥陀佛的加持，或者宝生佛的加持。念诵“嗡 阿 阿若利嘎 且给莫 布什定 咕噜 吽”或者念诵宝生佛的咒语，如前一样，从自己的明觉中生出白色黄色衣服的会众，手中拿着滴落甘露的黄色宝瓶进行灌顶，如来也宣说了灌顶。如毛发等。名为珍宝云者，是当以宝生佛之加持而作增长之时，当降宝生佛之云。当以无量光之加持而作之时，是时为黄色之法云。是无量光会众之义。如意宝珠具光辉，是说如实获得财富增长，因无悭吝之故，能赐予一切所欲之义。

One should visualize oneself residing in the mandala, appearing white. Then, visualize placing the head of the person to be practiced upon inside the lotus of wisdom, and from the karma vajra arising, a stream of nectar as cold as snow, clearing away all impurities such as diseases. Then, perform the exorcism. The white, beautifully fragrant, and adorned with clothes and unguents body should also be placed as it is in the white mandala in front, and empowerment should be bestowed by the assembly of eyes, etc. Or, visualize the Tathagata residing on the patient's head, bestowing empowerment as it is, and driving away the enemies of various diseases, like the image of a monkey. For external items such as sheep horns, write a protective wheel of repulsion with white sandalwood and saffron as it is, complete it according to the ritual, and make offerings with flowers, etc. Place the closed bowls at the place of the patient's mantra, or in another clean place, and offer white flowers at the three times. By doing this, one will surely attain great peace within seven days. Having spoken after performing the empowerment in an expansive manner, such as the sphere of space, etc. Here, too, the ritual is performed like the peaceful one, but residing in the mandala of great empowerment is the yellow Amitabha's blessing, or the blessing of Ratnasambhava. Recite "Om Ah Aro Likache Ge Mo Pushtim Kuru Hum," or recite the mantra of Ratnasambhava. As before, from one's own awareness, generate a gathering of white and yellow clothed ones, holding a yellow vase dripping with nectar in their hands, and bestow empowerment. The Tathagata also spoke of bestowing empowerment, such as hair, etc. The one called Jewel Cloud is when the increase is made by the blessing of Ratnasambhava, then the cloud of Ratnasambhava should be evoked. When it is done by the blessing of Amitabha, then it is the yellow Dharma cloud. This is the meaning of the assembly of Amitabha. The wish-fulfilling jewel becomes glorious, which means that as one truly obtains the increase of wealth, one is able to grant all desires because of the absence of stinginess.
