Chapter Thirteen: Explanation on Manifestly Perfect Enlightenment by Meditating on the Meaning of Suchness, the Arrangement of Vajra Samaya. Chapter Thirteen: Explanation on Manifestly Perfect Enlightenment by Meditating on the Meaning of Suchness, the Arrangement of Vajra Samaya. Thus, with the recitation of body vajra etc., and the practice of one's own deity, and the order of activities, one should accomplish the deity etc. generated in the order of the four limbs, such as small, medium, and large retreats. Thereafter, the chapter on samadhi of meditating on the meaning of suchness, the vajra-established samaya, is taught. Starting with "Thereafter" etc. "Holding the Supreme Wisdom Vajra," in which wisdom is the aspect of non-duality, and because it is indivisible and able to divide, it is vajra. Supreme, because it is the chief of all the wisdoms of the Hearers etc. Holding that, wisdom is what holds the Supreme Vajra, that is, the Buddha Bhagavan. The meaning of all sentient beings arises from the perfection of skillful means and wisdom. The supreme enjoyment of all sentient beings. In the phrase "the supreme enjoyment of all sentient beings," all sentient beings are the Bodhisattvas. To enjoy and closely use their objects etc., it will be explained thus. This will explain the perfect accomplishment of one's own benefit and the benefit of others. Not only that, but also with the Bodhisattvas etc. Possessing intelligence means being skilled in thoroughly distinguishing. Great Teacher means that because he teaches the arising of interdependence as it is, which transcends the meaning of coming and going, he is the supreme of all teachers such as Serkya, therefore he is the Great Teacher, and is related to being properly worshipped. Because he is able to subdue body etc., he is the Subduer. All meanings refer to the aggregates etc., that is, vajra, that is, the one who possesses the nature of the Tathagata etc. and its essence, that is, the one who possesses all meanings vajra. Because of the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu without beginning or end, samaya is the knowledge of suchness.

Vajra speech is that which possesses words that clarify the meaning of vajra recitation. How is that? It is said, "Emaho," and so on. "Emaho" means wonderful. Buddha here refers to the body vajra. Its manner is the path of the characteristics of recitation. From the ultimate point of view, recitation and so on are invisible, so it is good to understand them well through conventional terms. Some think it is good because speech does not abide in the high realm of nirvana. Bodhi refers to the fact that it is the very speech vajra because it is the characteristic of discriminating wisdom. The supreme of its manner refers to the fact that one perfects in this life by exerting effort as it is. Dharma refers to the very nature of all things. The nature of suchness wisdom is wisdom sattva, that is its manner. Peaceful refers to being free from all invisible afflictions. In order to protect the mind from falling into solitary samsara and nirvana, mantra is mind vajra, that is its manner. Stable refers to being unshakable by all thoughts. Why is it wonderful? Because in the unborn and so on, due to transcending the nature of all things of the characteristic of suchness, it is also a distinction of self-nature. What is meant by true is that it is well shown that all dharmas appear in the form of body vajra and so on by wisdom itself. Therefore, in order to show that this self-nature is like a summary of the commonality of all deities, it is connected to "Please explain the collection of all mantras." What is it? It is said, "Vajra," and so on. Vajras are the recitation of body vajra and so on. Great wisdom refers to the fact that it becomes the cause of perfecting all-knowing wisdom. "The three bodies are inseparable mandala," refers to the nature of the body of manifestation and so on, body vajra and so on, and the inseparable mandala is the body, which is the meaning of the recitation mentioned above. Mandala is said to be the body.

It is such words. The spoken fruit will be obtained. And so on. Here it is said that: in the center of one's own mandala, with the yoga of one's own deity, reciting in the manner of expounding non-dual devotion will give rise to mirror-like wisdom and so on, this is the general supplication. Specifically, the lineages and so on. Lineage is Amitabha and so on. Desire, hatred, ignorance, wish-fulfilling samaya jewel, lineages are explained as five types. That's why it is said. Mantra refers to the bodhisattvas adorned with the wisdom of skillful means and wisdom. The names of body, speech, and mind refer to the nature of the non-dual wisdom of ultimate truth. As it is said in the sixth chapter: body, speech, and mind are objects of focus, but the essence itself is without focus. That's why it is said. Because wisdom is vast, it is the ocean of wisdom, referring to the Buddhas and so on. Vajra mantra and so on, refers to the Buddha himself becoming non-other cause. The Vajra mantra is well practiced. That's why it is said. Because this is separate from practice, even if there is Suchness, it is said to be the Buddha himself. The extensive explanation of recitation is what is said, all and so on. It refers to all mantras recited in the ultimate sense. The indivisibility of the three vajras, the non-dual nature itself, is discernment, and that is the meaning of recitation. That is also what is said, in the Vajra Essence Ornament Sutra: heart, throat, lips, and tongue, palate and skull are also not, not from inside and outside, not even the center of both, the Dharma is also unique, not relying on the sound of recitation. Like that. This is the explanation of the yoga recitation. What is said in terms of the recitation of form is, Vajra distinction and so on. With three distinctions, wherever the ultimate of Vajra is placed, that is called the three Vajras. This is clearly stated. With the three, the distinction of order and non-order, whatever expansion precedes the collection, that is the boundary of Vajra. In order to place it in one's own position.
