The certainty of becoming a Samyak-sambuddha is the recitation of the combination of jewels. The recitation of accomplishing the meaning is explained. In "development" and so on, "cloud of body" refers to the collection of emanations. "Going and coming are the meaning of vajra," which means examining the respective meanings of development and contraction. Because all dharmas are empty in the ultimate sense, coming, going, and abiding are empty. The Tathagata's going and coming, and believing in non-going, this is the unobstructed recitation. The recitation of the wrathful deity is explained. "Hearing" and so on refer to the words of the mantra syllables being the form of sound, one's own vajra being extremely famous, one's own lord speaking in the words of the wrathful deity. Where one obtains through the mandala of one's own emanation, it is related to "power" in the recitation of the wrathful deity. The samaya-wisdom activity of the wrathful deities is that the samaya of the wrathful deities is one's own lord. With its wisdom, that is, the meaning of having wisdom. Or, everything is the nature of space, and space has no nature. Everything is like illusion, all three realms without exception. As it is said, destroying all malice is the samaya of the wrathful deities, with the wisdom of its own nature. This is the meaning. Recitation is done with development and so on preceding, therefore the ritual of development and so on is explained. In "with the meaning of desire" and so on, because one wants to do, it is desire, it is with the causes of one's own happiness and so on. Its cause is not knowing what should be done and what should not be done, therefore, being intoxicated, one is devoid of the knowledge of what should be taken and what should be abandoned, this is the meaning here. Always protecting and delighting in benefiting, it means diligently seeking the meaning of all manifest desires. From the unobtainability of suchness from grasping and so on, mirror-like wisdom is ignorance. Because its nature has no depth, because it is profound, ignorance is Vairochana. Its place is in its own nature. Placing is after making it stable, it should be seen as something to be gathered. "Desire arises from vajra" refers to the union of Amitabha.

And so on. The term "word" refers to the nature of mantra. "Residing in body, speech, and mind" should be understood as generating joy in conjunction with the form of the deity who possesses the nature of body and so forth. "Born from the wrathful Vajra" means born from the form of the wrathful Vajra, hence it is said to be born from the wrathful Vajra. "Mind" refers to the nature of mantra. "The abode of wrath" refers to the immovable one himself. The samaya of the three vajras is Vajradhara. Its Suchness is the very nature of pristine wisdom, utterly pure and non-dual. That itself is the Middle Way because of permanence and cessation. The recitation here is commonly taught with samaya and so forth, but this is not clearly explained here either. "Vajra Master" refers to the six goddesses, such as the Form Vajra. "Desire itself" means it is both desire and that itself; it is the wisdom that is the nature of compassion and knowledge. That itself is the meaning, because it is the very nature of all things. "Its meditator" means the one who perfects it. Therefore, these also create the Bodhi born from desire. It means the perfectly complete enlightenment born from the seed of compassion. "Always striving for the sake of desire" means the nature of complete purification of ignorance and so forth, the perfection of mirror-like wisdom. "Accomplished by the enjoyment of desires" means that those who rely on and possess a completely pure mind with desire will give the fruit of manifest enlightenment. This is known from the words "desire is said to be the mind, possessing desire, anger, and delusion." "Ignorance arises from samaya" means those that arise from the very inner sources of Vairochana and so forth. "Having the king of Vajra knowledge" refers to Kshitigarbha and so forth. "The impotent ones are the places accomplished" means that those who have perfected the meditation on non-dual wisdom exist. "Giving the supreme accomplishment very well" means the accomplishment of the Great Seal. The accomplishment of Buddhahood itself is the nature of Buddhahood, it is the supreme accomplishment.
