Cause this to be proclaimed in all the worlds. Meditate on the body, speech, and mind vajra of all the Tathagatas. Having said this, he spoke again. Son of the lineage, hold the samaya reality of all the Tathagatas. You are also empowered as the king of the Dharma heirs of all the Tathagatas. Therefore, in the Vajrapani empowerment tantra and so on, because of the entrustment of the common manifestation, Vajrapani is not the one who gathers the Rupakaya and the assembly of the sacred Dharma of all the Tathagatas. If Vajrapani himself is called by the name of the King of Dharma Empowerment, then at that time he will become the gatherer. Thus it is said: The Bodhisattvas who wish to hear the glorious Guhyasamaja of the Vajra Dharma nature asked for the benefit of themselves and others. Having taken the meaning and text of all the tantras to heart. Saying "Thus it is said" is speaking with a definite meaning, and for the purpose of revealing all the Sutra meanings held by oneself and the knowledge that follows, saying "Thus it is said" is speaking without turning it upside down. "I" means that which is directly attained by oneself. It means that one has directly grasped the Sutra and meaning from the Bhagavan, not transmitted from one to another. It is also not made by me, but in the Sutra that will be explained here, it is heard from the Bhagavan. "I" is to distinguish those who are not complete, because it will explain the countless retinues. Or "I" means that because of my own liking, I have heard it like this for a while, but others have heard it differently. It is spoken by the Bhagavan in accordance with the differences of those to be tamed. Furthermore, the teacher Makhol said: Although it is taught with one word, it can be understood as many. It shows closeness to me, and one will know the time of all beings. Because it is said like this. The word of hearing means that at the time of teaching, I said that I was a Bodhisattva, but at the time of gathering, it was shown as a fully enlightened Buddha, the hearer

This is not contradictory to the above. Whatever is taught in the Guhyasamaja, near the time of teaching, seeing, hearing, and comprehending from the eighteenth chapter, this demonstrates the attainment of complete and perfect enlightenment, which is reasonable. Likewise, because of hearing directly and in order to ascertain the meaning of the tantra completely, the compiler himself is shown to be reliable. And it has been shown that it is not possible to do without a teacher, and that one must understand. Having initiated the discussion in this way, in order to make future beings who are not near the time of compilation believe, it is shown in order when, from where, where, and with whom they heard it. The phrase "at one time" indicates that one has heard a lot personally and that it is difficult to obtain the tantra. I have only heard it once, and I have heard it elsewhere, but such a situation is because it is not possible to always teach. The idea here is that because it is not possible to hear such wonderful Dharma at all times, you should all be respectful here. Even if you only listen once, listen with the nature of being uninterrupted, because listening is uninterrupted. Otherwise, how can it become one time, since the times of letters, words, and memorization are different? Or, a moment is one time, because in an instant, by the power of all the Tathagatas, or by obtaining the door of inconceivable liberation, the meaning of all the tantras appears. Since it should be said "time," but since the time is mentioned, this shows that time is not a substance. The sun and so on express the difference in their movement by the symbols of moments and so on, but there is also no substance called time. If asked from where did you hear it, the answer is: "Bhagavan," which means that supreme wisdom is the antidote to all obscurations, is the destroyer, and the one who possesses this wisdom is the Bhagavan. Similarly, it is also said in the Vajrasekhara Sutra: "Because of destroying, it is the destroyer, because of destroying afflictions, demons, etc., wisdom destroys those afflictions, therefore it is said that wisdom is the destroyer." Or, "Freedom and beauty, splendor and fame and wisdom"

Possessing perfect diligence, these six are called possessing. Because of possessing these, he is the Bhagavan. Like this, because of the arising of extremely pure wisdom, there is no dependence on afflictions, so it is perfect freedom. Because of obtaining mirror-like wisdom, he can show forms that are never tired of seeing, and also, like this, the Bhagavan, Tathagata, Arhat, Samyaksambuddha, possessing knowledge and conduct, etc., has obtained fame, so he also possesses perfect form and fame. Because perfect equality wisdom is the basis of all qualities, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, it is the near life of all beings, so it is auspicious. Because of obtaining discriminating wisdom, he has greatly cleared away the obscurations of knowledge, etc., and obtained the wisdom of the appearance of all things without remainder, so he is possessing wisdom. Because of obtaining the wisdom of accomplishing actions, he can accomplish everything, so he is possessing diligence. Because others do not have such qualities, he has become one whose words are not inverted. At the end of the seventeenth, it will be explained that "Thus it was said," so it should be observed that it was heard from there. This shows the perfect teacher. From where was it heard? The Blessed One said, "All the Tathagatas," etc. Going to the nature of suchness, the nature of non-dual wisdom, is the Tathagata, mainly showing the Dharmakaya. In the conventional, also with the form body of emanation, etc., in what way, with what name, the things that appear to the world, going with the nature of impermanence, etc., possessing, enjoying, proclaiming, is called the Tathagata. Although it transcends all pure paths, it is named like the realm of speech, like possessing actions. In the ultimate, because there is no object of the realm, so it has not gone anywhere. It is both the Tathagata and all, so all the Tathagatas, that is, Vairochana, etc. These
