It should be spoken by the venerable Drilbu and others. This ritual of descent should be performed regularly, and then the Bhagavan will descend there. Then, visualizing the letter "Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah)" radiating on the tongue of the descended one, recite "Bruhi Vajra (Tibetan: བྲུ་ཧི་བཛྲ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: brūhi vajra, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: brūhi vajra, Chinese literal meaning: Speak Vajra)". Then, it will show good and non-good. Then, stabilize the descended one and recite "Tistha Vajra (Tibetan: ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: tiṣṭha vajra, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: tiṣṭha vajra, Chinese literal meaning: Stay Vajra)" to it. Then, throw flowers into the mandala. These also come from the ritual of the mandala. Then, it should be observed that one says to the disciple, "All the Tathagatas bless," and so on. For "Encouragement" and so on, the three letters located in the mandalas of the heart, throat, and crown are great deities, for the purpose of encouraging the nature of the noble ones, and so on. The letter "Eh (Tibetan: ཛྷཻཿ)" located in the fire mandala is the fourth ground of the noble ones. "Vajra Accomplishment" means with a steadfast mind. "Eternal" means great bliss. Now, after a little wisdom has descended, place a twelve-year-old girl and boy in the mandala room. The descent should be performed according to the ritual, and after closing the door, the mandala should be drawn with the two of them. It is said that "a twelve-year-old girl" and so on. "Ritual" means drawing threads and applying colors, and so on. In order to show the mantra letters previously spoken, it is said, "For that essence" and so on. The seeds are said to be of divine nature, that is, "Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) is the lord of Vajrasattva." It is said, "Let the disciple enter" and so on, and here too it should be done like a beginner yogi, it is said, "Like before" and so on. Now, through the distinctions of the nectar fire offering, it is said that the malice has been destroyed. "Then" and so on, here too, the ritual of action is what was previously said, and in order to supplement it there as well, this is arranged closely. It means that together with these, each combination should be performed sequentially there as much as possible. "Triangular mandala" refers to the nectar fire offering's form

The yogi should prepare the fire altar according to the ritual. After smearing it with these substances, visualize the fire deity there. In its mouth, for the image made of the substances as described, in the center of the fire altar, to the mouths of both the nectar and fire offering that are being practiced, along with the name, repeatedly offer and burn as before, and should combine it in that way. What is called "burning in wrath" is to burn in the same way as the fire altar mentioned earlier. What is called "the two banks where the river flows" is to make an image from the soil etc. of the banks on both sides of the river, with the head pointing north, placing it face up, and ripening it with the venom of thorns of snakes and scorpions etc., without interruption, and reciting the mantra including the name of what is to be accomplished and the imperative words, secret praises etc., filling it to the size of a sesame seed. The neck etc. should all be put into the image etc. What is called lingam is made from bone powder etc., and as before, trampled with the feet, reciting the mantra including the imperative phrase "che ge mo raksha se grahaya (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)". What is called "will be struck by great heat" is due to the power of the imperative. Here, for the sake of the collection of actions, the mantra of the nectar fire offering that is spoken refers to "to that" etc. What is called "burning or meditation" refers to what was just said and what will be said below. What is called Vajrasattva is to think of destroying all the wicked, becoming the cause of arousing wrath, and to examine it like the ritual of meditation that destroys the wicked. The three verses beginning with "to that, this" etc., I have not explained. What is called rakshasa etc. refers to the meaning of tormenting with these wickednesses, thinking as in the ritual. These should also be combined with the previous practice of snakes etc. Thus, if the yogi who practices in this way is protected by the deity of mantra etc., which is to be accomplished, it is also possible, therefore, one should peg it, what is said as "protection etc." etc., refers to inviting the protecting deity etc.
