The meaning of bestowing empowerment in a way that is completely perfect is to be fully endowed and filled with a melting moon. This is the empowerment of all sentient beings. That is, it becomes the form of a melting moon, and that is, those are given empowerment after that. It is said like that. After that, those sentient beings all became vajra wisdom holders. That is also as it is said: Essence of earth, Vajrapani, etc. It is said like that. "Not in the desire realm," etc., is to negate the form aggregate, etc., which is different from the nature to be realized, because all dharmas are non-dual with the nature of wisdom without object. That is also as it is said: "The nature of peace and existence here." It is said like that. The three realms, body, speech, and mind vajra, means that the nature of all stable and moving things abides without difference in its own nature in the mandala of the body. Because of being separated from the body, speech and mind must be close, therefore it is said that all the Tathagatas, etc. Similarly, understand the following ones as well. After saying that, the root tantra is completed with the final seventeenth chapter. Commentary on the seventeenth chapter is completed. Chapter Eighteen: The commentary called "Blessing with Vajra Wisdom, Revealing All Secrets". The commentary on the root tantra called "Glorious Guhyasamaja" is completed. Homage to Manjushri Kumara! Now, from then on, etc., the eighteenth chapter of the later tantra, which is the nature of the explanation of the root tantra, is taught, as it was said that all the empowerments of all the Tathagatas and the secrets of body, speech, and mind have been explained in the seventeenth chapter which reveals them. "With all things," etc., means being single-minded with one's own body, etc., this is the difference of the agent. "As it is," etc., means that the body, etc., has the nature of a deity, this is the difference of karma. "As time," etc., means
