Being separated from defilements, it is free from dust. The equality of Buddha and non-Buddha is the square. Because it is the basis of the images of all things, it is bright. Because there is no place for hardness and separation, it is its own nature. Because the wisdom of the Buddha's knowledge has been attained, it is of various forms. Because it manifests in various ways through the image of the Tathagata, it is all-pervasive with the clouds of Samantabhadra. The Tathagatas' rays of light radiate and gather, abide and remain stable, and through all efforts, many rays of light radiate and clamor. Thus it is said. Because it possesses seats such as the moon and the sun, it possesses mandalas such as brightness. Thus it is said. Because the self-nature of the Bodhicitta of all the Tathagatas is connected with the Vajra, it belongs to all the Tathagatas. Because it has become the place of liberation, it is the place. This is the explanation of the arising of Dharma. Thus, it appears certain as if endowed with the four mudras, and the first two Vajradharas, through the power of greater devotion, similarly arise from meditation, and this is said to be the mandala. Question: For the four yogis arising from the generation stage, the mandala that is cultivated from what kind of cause their own proximate cause arises is this, similarly, for the initial yogis, starting from offering excellent offerings to the Buddha, etc., in order to purify the great elements, etc., which are the nature of pleasing all the Tathagatas. Within the arising of the Dharma of one's own lineage, the seed of the nature of emptiness Bodhi, residing in the center of a multi-storied building. Contemplating the definite appearance as the self-nature of the deity, it is the proximate cause of the wheel. Because a little wisdom descends, it becomes the nature of Dharma, and reciting one's own mantra during the session is the seed of one's own deity, because it is a verification of previous practice. Those who have obtained the empowerment of wisdom also, through the power of the cause of proximate attainment, the empowerment arising from extreme familiarization with the definite appearance as the support and the supported, with the cause of proximate attainment, the parts of the three letters such as Om work together.

From one's own mind, for all the subtle particles of things that are both causal and non-causal, in every way completely perfect, becoming the cause of joy and gathering, establish the wheel. Abiding slightly in constant yoga, because one must examine the determination of the intervals. Having become empowered by true wisdom, also because of practicing very habitually, it spontaneously accomplishes, so that each and every subtle particle also contains the three sacred wheels, and mutually becoming reflections, belonging to all forms that possess self-nature, separated from momentary conditions, truly arising from stainless samadhi, one should extensively meditate with the pride of bliss, and do the benefit of beings. Having attained spontaneous accomplishment, and abiding in the union of each and every moment, it is constant, because it is enough to come along the way. In order to show the placing of beings in the secret mandala, therefore it was said, "From then on," and so forth. The so-called "placing" should regard "beings" as the object, because the meaning of the second word of supplication is that. Now, merely placing beings in it, that itself is combined with the mantra, and the secret that is sealed by the letter mudras is also not to be spoken, for the sake of empowerment, therefore it was said, "From then on," and so forth. The so-called "in the heart" refers to that which arises from the letter Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,hūṃ,种子字), and the practice, both of which are the cause of generating supreme bliss, in which the five victorious ones reside. In that way, obtaining all of this is not reasonable, because apart from the previous great desire aspect, the samadhi called "the aspect of great desire," others have not been heard, so at the beginning of empowerment, which samadhi is the cause of purifying beings, and empowerments, etc., in the seventeenth chapter it says, "From then on, the Bhagavan Tathagata Vajrapani entered into the samadhi called the splendor of all desirable enjoyments," and so forth, it was extensively spoken. Along with that, is the meaning of these four lines: "With supreme attachment, complete immeasurable."
