All places, at all times, abide in the nature of Samantabhadra. Why? Because of the certainty of body, speech, and mind. It is said that all visible forms are definitely body, all audible sounds are definitely speech, and all memories and thoughts that are inseparable from appearance and sound are definitely the nature of mind, hence it is said to abide in the nature of Samantabhadra. Because it possesses the meaning of being inseparable and unconditioned, it is also called the Three Vajras. In its nature, the body, speech, and mind of the Tathagata, the Three Vajras, abide at all times and places, and birth and manifestation also arise from it, hence it is called abiding in such a way. Moreover, sentient beings arising in the three times, meaning that all sentient beings abide in the essence of the body, speech, and mind Vajra, and by their own nature attain the state of Bodhi Vajra, which is called attaining the state of Vajra-like enlightenment. From this, the Buddha Vajra has great miraculous powers. Such a meaning will also arise. If explained in terms of difference, like profoundness, the teacher, Bodhicitta Vajra, always abides in goodness at all times and places, but never turns to evil, hence the different name is Samantabhadra. The nature of his body, speech, and mind is of a definite characteristic, the Dharmakaya is definitely integrated into the nature that pervades all Dharmas, the Rupakaya is endowed with excellent marks and signs, and because it appears with the aspect of having signs, the speech of definite words is vast, and it definitely proclaims the meaning of benefiting as it tames beings. The speech of meaning is profound, because it represents the truth, it definitely abides in a state of non-expression. The mind of omniscient wisdom definitely measures the limits of all knowable things. The non-discriminating mind definitely abides in the beginning of equality without wavering. It does not abide in a state of uncertainty and instability like the three doors of other beings. Such body, speech, and mind are called the Three Vajras, the body is unconditioned like a Vajra, the speech is unchanging like a Vajra, and the mind is endowed with the five wisdoms like a Vajra. All three, body, speech, and mind, are Vajra.

Like that, it is inseparable from the essence and does not become a characteristic. It is indestructible by relatives. In that, at all times and in all circumstances, the three vajras abide. Thus, the body, speech, and mind, the three aspects of vajra, of all the Buddhas who have passed in the three times and abide in the ten directions, also abide and exist, becoming the place where all Buddhas reside and the cause of their arising. Secondly, the nature of the body, speech, and mind of the teacher, Bodhicitta Vajra Samantabhadra, is definitely without characteristics in the ultimate truth. And in the relative truth, it is definitely manifested as having characteristics. Because there is no difference between characteristics and no characteristics, it abides in the essence of the three vajras. At all times and in all circumstances, it also appears and shows as the body, speech, and mind, the three vajras, of the Buddhas of the ten directions and three times. It abides in such a form and performs the deeds of taming beings. Then, how will the sentient beings who are gathered by name and form change? Sentient beings arise in the three times, that is, all sentient beings who arise in the three times, when they do not realize the meaning of the true nature of reality, they only appear as sentient beings. When they realize it, it is called that everything is the nature of vajra, having the characteristics of wisdom vajra. It abides inseparably in the essence of the teacher, Bodhicitta Vajra, because it abides in the essence of the cause, Bodhi, and the fruit can appear as the great seal of the Tathagata. Therefore, it is called obtaining the position of Bodhi Vajra. From that, it also appears as sentient beings, and the continuity of the form body will not be cut off. Therefore, it is called Buddha Vajra, great in magical powers. The teacher who has such meaning is Bodhicitta Vajra. After teaching like this, in order to explain the meaning of the Dharma spoken by that teacher, it is said: Emaho, this is very wonderful! Emaho, the senses are very peaceful! Emaho, the stream of samsara! Emaho, the supreme nirvana! Thus it is said, here in the common aspect, from the perspective of words, Emaho is a word of boasting and giving rise to great wonder in meaning. What is it? That is, the characteristics of these dharmas gathered by samsara and nirvana.
