Regarding the placement of the site, it is called: "All Vajras are delighted." Likewise, in the Sarva Bhuta, by uniting myself with Vajrasattva, with hands forming the Vajra Mudra, by striking the Vajra bell, one should summon all Buddhas. Frightened by his command, all the Buddhas, together with their retinues and mandalas, have gathered. What need is there to mention others? Thus it is said. Now, the forty-fourth question: How should these be called? The answer: Invite all the Vajras, offer to all without exception. Thus it is said. As shown above, endowed with samadhi, after moving the hands and striking the bell, the joints of the thumbs and index fingers of the left and right hands are visualized as the sun and moon and joined together, in between visualizing the letter ཛཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari jaḥ, Romanized Sanskrit jah, literal Chinese meaning: Zha), forming the Vajra fist, the two fingers should be like iron hooks. The two forearms are crossed at the chest, and the shoulders shake the bell left and right. From the juncture of the thumb and index finger, the union of skillful means and wisdom, countless goddesses holding iron hooks emanate. From the places of body, speech, and mind, light rays emanate from the three letters, and with the iron hooks, urge and invite from the hearts of all the Tathagata mandalas. At that time, recite the mantra: ཨེ་ཧྱེ་ཧི་བྷ་ག་བཱན། མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་རུ་ཎི་ཀ་དྲྀ་ཤྱ་ཧོཿ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཧོ། །ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari ehyehi bhagavan mahākaruṇika dṛśya hoḥ samaya hoḥ samaya stvaṃ, Romanized Sanskrit ehyehi bhagavan mahākaruṇika driśya hoh samaya hoh samaya stvam, literal Chinese meaning: Come hither, O Bhagavan, Great Compassionate One, Appear Hūṃ, Samaya Hūṃ, Samaya You), thereby inviting, and offering foot-washing water and offering water, prostrating, requesting to be seated, and offering the three offerings of outer, inner, and secret, summarized by the supreme and unsurpassed, offering in the manner of deity dissolving into deity, or wisdom reveling in wisdom. Now, the forty-fifth question: How is giving done? The answer: With light, all Vajras, with that means, all Vajras, in the manner of a collected ball, with binding, it is called binding. Thus it is said. As shown above, thus arising from the Dharmakaya into the Rupakaya, gathering in one place, making it pleasing, and after urging from the heart, the chief of the union of skillful means and wisdom, that is, the secret place of the consort, that is, the sound of bliss of the secret bell arises, urging, and the deities and goddesses with iron hooks and ropes.

And, iron chains, and the joy of gatherings with bell-holders, and hand mudras, binding with iron hooks, ropes, iron chains, and bells, reciting (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning) after the mantras of each deity's name, urging all Vajra Mandalas with rays of light, gathering all Vajra Mandalas completely together with that method, like a ball, like threads of a rainbow, not intermingling within one whole, bodies and colors clearly abiding separately, those are hooked with iron hooks, bound with ropes, fastened with iron chains, and joy is generated with bells, it is called binding with binding. Thus, by binding the four mudras such as iron hooks, the assembly of the Wisdom Sattva of the Svabhava Mandala, and the Samadhi Mandala, the Samaya Sattva, are made inseparable, it is called binding. Thus it is said. At the time of such invitation, the play and scattering of Samadhi is called giving, and it is not otherwise. The forty-fifth number is mentioned above, and the fourth is mentioned below, which is done according to the order in which the above questions appeared. Now it is the forty-sixth question, what is the meaning of this? As an answer: Body, speech, and mind are Vajra, in the Mandala of Body, Speech, and Mind, the seal of Body, Speech, and Mind is stamped, the painted Mandala should be examined. Thus it is said. The Svabhava Mandala of the Wisdom Sattva invited in that way, abiding inseparably in the nature of the three forms of Body, Speech, and Mind Vajra, on the continuum of the Yogi meditating in the Samadhi Mandala of the Samaya Sattva, the seal of Body, Speech, and Mind is stamped, after making it inseparable like mixing water and milk, the lineage, color, ornaments, attire, etc. of each deity are meditated upon clearly and without inherent existence, for example, one who is wealthy and complete, wanting to build a painted Mandala of powder colors from various kinds of jewels, the light and colors are clear and unmixed, one should observe as if each appears beautiful separately. In Illusion it is said: Blue, white, yellow, green, etc. various appearances, clear, shining, majestic, beautiful, and radiant.
